B5 never came in S-Line, so the steeringwheel is not an S-Line wheel but a "sport steering wheel" as Audi says in the option list. Original S4 steering wheel has S4 branded in the chrome piece on the lower part.
The B5 S4 was 20 years ahead of its time! ! ! In 2024, it is still not outdated and having 5 valves per cylinder, not very many cars made in 2024 have that and the B5 had it in 2000 from Audi ! ! !
I love my c5 A6 it really is amazing on the interior for being a 20 year old car! 165k miles, 6spd 2.7t IMMQCULATE inside and out, got it for 4200 in Texas about a month ago 😬
Holy crap! I have only seen one other lazer B5S4. I see it every year at S4RW. The funny thing is he's running a similar setup. And in my experience that block will take a lot more abuse!
Cool thing is it’s an s4. Bad thing is it’s an s4. Lol I’ve worked on and pulled so many motors on these cars. Cool to know someone that owns one but not owning one yourself
Ditch the st’s for sure. Get a rear swaybar before you get a front one. The rear actually makes a difference! Would probably leave the tune at around 500whp, stock rods dont like much more than that. Definitely do the JHM rebuild, especially if thats a 2000. Do not get the srm+ turbos, they are cheap china junk. Get some Tial 770rs or the 770 xonas.
Hi James. If I was to install the RS6 hybrid turbos, what else would I need to install along with it? Upgraded Intercoolers?, Intake, Fuel pump? Let me know cheers.
Yes should look up a tuning solution for your stock ecu and ask them what they suggest for fuel injector upgrade. And a fuel pump like a 340lph aem something like that. The tuner may want you to use a larger mass air flow sensor as well
SMR ??? Hi, haven't your turbo broken yet? Mine broken after 4 months, returned in warranty and no new SRM for 1.5 years .... I have no turbo and no refund. Really unprofessional
@@esub5883 they're just shit cars. Handle like garbage, pain in the ass to work on, slow, shifter feel was trash. There is just many more fun cars out there to own.
@@larad5354 Its an AEM. When choosing a wideband if you have a specific tuner in mind, you should ask them which one. Whatever datalogging software the tuner has might work better with one wideband compared to another.
@@JamesMotorsport for around 20k you definitely could, I’ve constantly beat the shit out of my stage 2+ and it literally eats every punch, a strict pm plan too
