I remember one of my friends saying "You know that guy who came in the room and said 'BOX'!" and started rappin' in Krush Groove? He got an album out and you GOTTA hear it!" He bought the album and made me a tape. The first track I heard was Dangerous and to this day it was one of only two records to ever give me an adrenaline rush when I first heard it...Big ups to L.L. Wow...Now that's a rap show! Never heard a live band play like that b4/ with such fluid timing STILL remaining in the pocket, almost sounds like the band is being cut & crossfaded like a DJ would a record. Even if you dont like rap, you'll be hard pressed to hear a band play like this. It's a truly unique sound experience if nothing else. 👍

One thing I learned watching Rock The Bells is LL, Busta, Cube and even guys tht is not ther but just from tht generation or close to it like Scarface do not use back tracks at all or very minimal. I am a fan of all the acts. But look at the ones tht have been on the Radio in the last 10 years tht performed vs the ones that are not. The stage presence is just different.
