My suggestion is can also discuss the following 1. The Actual cost for forming of different business entities. 2. Annual compliances and penalties for all business entities. 3. Documents required during the process of forming a business. 4. Upgrading of business to a higher form and related difficulties. 5. Ease of adding a partner or letting one go for all businesses

3:33 Previously the limit on number of partners was 20 in partnership firm(Companies Act, 1956). Now the limit is 50( Companies Act, 2013, rule 2014) .

Good video Mr. Yogi. I have a question here, as you said Ownership and Management are the parts of the structure of a Pvt Ltd company. In case we have 6 board members in which 4 are in ownership structure and 2 in management. Now in case, the company gets a notice from the court, will all the board members be liable for it or who are responsible as owner will be liable?

Sir, i have 2 questions. 1. I do job and I also want to start my website designing & software development business as part time. So legally which registration i have do. Can i start without registration with gumasta only or not. 2. If i can run the business with only gumasta registration so what is my business category to filling form bcz i didn't found it on gumasta registration form in gvt website.
