When setting up to Wifi, it just tells me that the Wifi is too far, but I got the Wifi very close to it and same problem. I tried manually enter the Wifi pass but also let HP Smart app just take the wifi pass automatically from pc, same result. I even switched to other Wifi, still same error. How do I connect it to wifi? Yes I plugged the usb with my laptop and printer, and selected to make Wifi connection etc, I did all the right way but it just tells me that wifi is too far to be reached but the wifi literally sits on the printer too.

I have an issue in alignment process. I press the resume button for 3 sec..but it's still showing P didn't change to A. My printer model is HP ink tank 310. Please help me to fixed this issue.

I have wireless 410 from you and it sucks. I completely regret I bought it because it was cheap. Never had this kind of issues with EPSON. Just throw all your printers in trash.

@@HPSupport I bought HP Inktank 415. After printing 100 pages, the paper picker stopped working. I took it to the seller. He referred me to take it to service center. The service center took 3 days and then delayed it for 15 days. Mind you,these service centers who have branded themselves as official hp center would then rip customers off their valuable savings. Now all I am left with is a junk printer, with no warranty at all.
