When you make the mashed potatoes add 4 to 8 ounces of (room temperature) cream cheese. Any reheating of the mashed potatoes the next day taste like they were just made. Delicious. The flavor of the cream cheese is very subtle. The leftover potatoes are perfect to make into any yummy dish. We do this at Thanksgiving and Christmas so the potatoes last until the turkey is gone. The rest of the year we make mashed potatoes with pot roast, stew, and the leftovers are perfect. Thank you for a yummy new recipe to try!
@@giveagirlaspoon, I think RU-vid creators overestimate the importance of background music. Use it in your opening and then fade out QUICKLY to nothing . Get comfortable talking; fast forward through some of the more repetitive stuff while talking over it; have your ingredients prepared beforehand (chopped, sliced, peeled, eggs cracked, etc.). Recipe looks great!
