You remind me of my Nonna that passed away last year at the ripe ole age of 94. She was sharp as a tack & witty as can be till the day she moved on. Your cooking reminds me of hers
Instead of cutting back on water/stock to make it thicker, my mom takes extra potatoes and blends them to make a really rich, really thick potato “stock” if you will. It’s so delicious!!
YUM! This is very similar to my loaded potato soup. The only difference is that I use an emersion blender to break up the potatoes a little bit and thicken the soup. Don't get me wrong, it's still gotta have chunks of potato in it!

I make a similar soup, but I also add green and yellow beans from my garden! Soooooo good!! My mouth is watering, waiting for you to take a spoonful! Lol. 😁 🤤

Serve it and eat it the way YOU like it. If others don't like the way YOU do it, they can search for other videos that please them. However, there's no pleasing of some people.
