We have the same wheel chock for ours. We just purchased a Toy Hauler instead of doing the cargo trailer conversion (think the boss got tired of waiting on me to finish), and I was wondering how I was going to secure the chock to the floor. Now I see I do not need to. Appreciate the knowledge.

Have you been happy with the chocks? It appears they are not mounted to floor. I'm hesistant to hard mount anything to the toyhauler floor. This looks like a good setup.

We are happy with the chocks. We did not mount them to the floor, instead we used a strap and secured the chocks from moving side to side. We really like our setup…

Enjoyed the video. But you do know your not using those chocks the right way don`t you. But they only require two tie downs to secure the bike. I know after years of tying down bikes using like 10 tie downs for each bike LOL. It`s hard to get it in your head as it was for us that only 2 is all you need with these condor chocks. Save yourself some time and sweat by tying down the straps/bike down from the middle of the bike after all that is where condor tells you do tie them down. By doing this the bikes front and rear suspension is compressed at the same time. So no need for a rear strap if you wanted for a piece of mine you could run a lose one to the handle bars. On your big bike use the bar in front of the saddle bag and the small one to the mid frame is good. FYI don`t just put the tie down around the leg of the chock the strap can and will slide in towards the wheel which losing up the strap. Ask my friend John how we know this LOL. Put a eye hook in the whole in the end of the leg. Hope this helped you some.

Thanks for the info with the chocks. We decided not to mount the chocks to the floor, so we had to strap the back of the bikes down in case I hit the brakes hard. I told my wife I want to put eyelets on the chocks instead of wrapping the straps under the legs. Thanks again for the advice.

@@screamineaglebasscatcher8311 Great to hear because seeing that I was waiting to see a video on how one of the bikes fell into the other because the tie down moved. Do you have the small flat black mounting plate for the chock. If not there like $30 and mount to the floor the chock slides right into the plate and locks it in with a small thumbscrew takes like 30 seconds to do. They`re pretty small and low to the floor which allows you to mount and remove the chock very easy. True the plate stays on the floor but like I said it`s small you probably wouldn`t know it`s there. Safe travels my friend.
