Who doesn't love lobster? That is, unless you're allergic to shellfish. And even if you are, there's something here for you. Tempura can be applied to anything, and it's delicious.
Tempura Batter:
1 2/3 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups cornstarch
2 cups club soda / plain sparkling water
Salt (to taste)
1. Combine all ingredients and whisk. Leave in the refrigerator until ready to fry.
2. Dip your lobster or other food into the batter, then fry at 350 Fahrenheit until golden brown.
3. Toss a bit of extra salt immediately upon removing from fryer and enjoy!
