Can we please put some attention on the Julia Tuttle Causeway artificial reef. I pass by everyday and live in Miami Beach. It is trashed everyday of which most debris goes into the bay! We need a fence for people to stop using this causeway as a trash! Local 10 PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

Water management dumped to much water into the bay through the little river at one time.
