Osaka station is really a maze. I almost got dizzy. I will have to rewatch and rewatch this video to comprehend it more. It is a city within a city with so many interesting spots underground and outside all around. Especially at night it is an impressive place. You are dear Rion so skillful in showing the different atmosphere in such a vibrant place. Yes, the food was also special and nice to see. No doubt it was yummy. I adore shitake mashrooms, too, only prepared in another way with a special type of sweet wine from here. I guarantee you would like it, too. Anyhow, it was altogether quite a feast with red wine for a change. As for me I prefere white wines. All the Pinots are my favorites. However I do not consider myself as much of a wine connoisseur, but I am glad I can enjoy drinking it pure in small doses from time to time. I hope you had a nice Shinkansen ride to Hiroshima - I am glad you have not changed your mind! I wonder only is it closer to Osaka than Tokyo or not. I must watch the map. Congrats to 160.000 subscribers. The gaomunity is growing on and on. No wonder, for when once your channel has been fonund by chance everyone is eager to stay for more. I remember that Hankyu Dept store in Osaka. That's where we took the train, underneath it, to Kobe and Himeji. It was massive! It would be not normal not to get lost, at one time or another. The shop was notable for us, when we came back, I think 8 or 9pm, there were sales of chocolates and donuts. We couldn't resist, plus the fact the we're hungry, so we bought a bundle.
One thing I also remember, as we walk that path every day, we stayed on the other end of Nipponbashi, where the Super Tamade is located, the underground NAMBA WALK. You don't seem to feature that, or I may have missed it if you did.
I went to Hankyu Department store,Umeda,Osaka,Japan to check out the British fair last Sunday. I could see Osaka Harmony Brass band with a Scottish Baritone horn player from Edinburgh,Scotland playing there. I went to film Rose Garden in Nakanoshima Park near Osaka Metro Yodoyabashi station near Osaka City hall,Osaka,Japan. cheers
Thank you rion for taking us on this tour. Osaka station is massive. It took me awhile to familiarize myself with this station. Even my relatives who live there still get lost. I miss osaka. I cant wait to go back and your osaka videos are making me excited to go back.

I got lost in and around Osaka station a lot of times! I also found it really impossible to navigate my way around the station with all the walkways above and below the roads and hardly any opportunities to cross a road directly 🤣🤣🤣 i got so angry every day, even after a week i was still getting lost and meeting my friend who lives there, they would get lost in that same area too 🤣🤣🤣 i loved all the restaurants in Grand front, amazing quality food everywhere!
Great video and superb guide too. I think Osaka Station is way more confusing than Tokyo and Shinjuku. I'm sure a lot of travelers will benefit from your video.

In January I'm going to Osaka from Germany. I'm booking a hotel by Osaka Namba station. It's a capsule hotel to keep costs down. I'll be in Osaka 4 days, before I go to Tokyo on Shinkansen.
