Man, this has been such a mess. And yea, it’s confirmed we need to somehow send the old 6 keys to Japan for replacement. Even though it doesn’t say it in the blog post, I have confirmation from my middleman that Bandai wants the old keys back. With shipping and everything, it’ll probably be cheaper just to wait for someone to sell the updated 6 on YJA or something.

With this, the CSM Faiz Driver and the Memorial Laser Raise Riser, I'm wondering what is with the Premium Bandai people recently.

To elaborate on the "Sending the keys back" aspect, basically, I emailed Tokullectibles after the replacement program was announced & they said I'd need to send the keys to them so they could sent them back to Bandai Japan & I'd have to pay the shipping costs so they can get the replacement keys to me. I said to them that that didn't make sense because the replacement program website Bandai's set up said that you just need to send a pic of the defective keys to them & they'll ship them out, but yeah. I'm electing not to do that because I wanna keep the keys, even with the slightly wrong paint apps. It's so dumb. What if Bandai did replacements for the main 5 Dairangers & Kyoryu Red & Gold? I'd be out of 13 keys in total from the set for a bit as I waited for them to get them to me. For me as well, most of the paint app issues are negligible to the point where I can ignore them. Unless they replace them, I'm ok with them.

I'm not such a detail oriented person that I would have even noticed the mistake on the King-ohger Keys if someone didn't point it out to me. They're just fine for me as I don't want to go all the hassle of sending them back and waiting another two to three months for a replacement for a mistake I didn't even notice in the first place. But I do agree that companies need to do a better job on quality control. On the bright side at least Hasboro and Bandai's quality control issues are unlikely to kill anyone as another company's I will not name here has the potential to do. (You know the one if you watch regular news.)

This Set is badass

Something I haven’t seen anybody talk about is the missing kyoryu gray key. There was a living kyoryu gray, and it’s really weird that they would include both cyans and violets but forget one of the grays. It seems like Bandai somehow forgot about kyoryu gray living or thought that silver and gray 2 were the same (which might explain gray’s weird placement in the packaging?)

And Kingohgers rangers key have alots of details even with little wrong painted on legs and it’s fine, Just people likes complaining about the small little thing

I have a brilliant idea. How about if Premium Bandai made another Kaizoku Sentsi Gokaiger Anniversary Ranger keys with King-ohger set 2.0 so that the company can go back and correct the mistakes and try to sell them as 2.0 version within a 6-7months after the first version was made. It would be fair game to us collectors to purchase the 2.0 version at some point within time.. what do you think???

I kind of want to see the incorrect keys used in a special with someone morphing into the wrong suit as a result and then have someone, probably GokiaSilver, fix the keys.

So I took down my kyoruger keys from the set to fix some thing after watching this video and I noticed something. Kyoryu Black's screws are painted on mine. Are yours painted?

I actually think I hate the paint apps issue less than I do the issue of the few other keys they could’ve included but didn’t: - normal Kyoryu Grey - Kyoryu Navy - Deathryuger - Abare Pink - King Kyoryu Red Really don’t want to spend the money to get the ones that have had older premium releases - and with the keys missing from the Donbrothers set being even more from older premium (Hurricane Dark and the Doubutsu Go-Busters) and the two Dons we didn’t get, guess I’ll just have to always have these disappointing gaps in my collection
