Best video I saw about any smart door locker, what a pity that locker have 2 big issues, the fingerprint location is too close to the door frame and the key place is too obvious, so any one can break-in if try.
This is amazing. This is exactly the lock I had someone install for me today. I have a code but did not know how to set up fingerprints, and you showed me beautifully! I hope I can do this. The app on my phone says "open the battery cover to scan barcode" but I can't get the tiny screw out. I turn and turn and turn but it doesn't come out. Isn't that a silly problem to have? I can't get past that screen on my phone. Argh! Maybe I should delete the app and start over? I'll try that. Thank you again for posting this! I will need to watch this video a few more times.
I have 3 questions: 1) Can a local hardware store (Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc.) make more keys? 2 ) Is there something I can touch, like the “open” button on the front to lock it, or do I have to wave my hand in front of it? 3) Can I just touch the fingerprint scanner on the side to open it, or do I have to wake it up first with a hand wave?
1) no. Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc don’t have the Schlage SC4 keyway so you probably need to go to a local locksmith store front. 2) you’ll have to wave on the screen to lock it. 3) Yes you just touch the fingerprint with your programmed finger and it will unlock it for you. It’s also on this video at the programming section
My wife and I have this lock on our airbandb. We have to share the app login. We are having trouble with giving out codes to our guest. We also have a vision pro. And we don’t have problems with that lock.

Have you changed out key portion on LOCKLY secure pro? Lost both keys before making spares. They sent me new key portion didn’t know if I needed special tool.
Just bought mine from Home depot, but I didn't have the sensor in the box. Is that a thing? Also, mine did not have the plate covering the key slot, so I'm wondering if they have different packages! I really wanted the one with the sensor!
I recently installed the Lockly secure pro for my home. When I’m 10’ or closer the lock works perfect. When I move from front door to the kitchen area the lock doesn’t repond. What should I do? I live in Pennsylvania and wondering if it works like Ring and the Chamberlain Genie which I can access when I’m out of town

You might need to check the installation, the strike plate etc. if it’s just not working and you don’t understand why I would suggest you to call them, they have customer service and tech-support as well
Can you please do a video connecting Google Assistant and enabling voice command to this Lockly Secure Pro? I’m not being able to setup this feature of opening/closing via voice command. Thanks
Please make sure to install the included Wi-Fi door sensor above the smart lock so the Google Assistant feature will work, That’s probably why you cannot enabling the voice command (Google Assistant) because it’s not installed on your door for this to work the door sensor have to be installed and I’m pretty sure that it will solve the problem and you’ll be able to make the integration between Google assistant and Lockly Secure Pro Deadbolt Edition. @@S.E.Locksmith Thanks for your reply. I've installed the door sensor, linked to Google Assistant and setup my 4 digit PIN. However whenever I ask Google to unlock my door and google asks me for the PIN code, the reply is "Sorry but I cannot help you with that". It's very weird. Thanks for your advice, I will keep trying.

So I just purchased this for my front door, I was just curious if anyone has it as well but lives in a cold climate? I live in MN which snows and can get cold depending on the year, I found online it's good for -4 degree only so I'm kinda nervous now since MN has gotten to -10 or colder. Or if you know if this product works well in way colder temps.
I think that the lock will work just fine but just in case always carry the physical key so you will be able to override and gain access that way just in case.
Yes that is correct. But honestly it’s really simple process That doesn’t involve with any of the other components of the Lockly secure pro. Look at that this way, in one side you will avoid the manufacture warranty but on the other you will increase the security in general.... pros and cons

If you buy it and have someone professional install it for you so about $155-$195 + $125-$225 for the high security cylinder (if you want to upgrade) So total it’s around $395 or $620 for the Lockly Secure pro with Mul T Lock High Security key MT5+ * just note that the prices can be very different from state to state and one city to another and the prices are only recommendations.
What does the little switch above the interior turn knob do? I’m trying to find a smart dead bolt that I can feel confident using on a door with a large glass window in it. I’d love to find one that has the ability to disable the interior turn knob. Thanks
It’s depends if you want a fingerprint access or not, because the Schlage Encode doesn’t have fingerprint access. My recommendation if you don’t need the fingerprint option is the Schlage Encode and upgrade the cylinder with the Mul-T-Lock MT5+ If you want to buy the cylinder please contact us: our email is on the about page at our RU-vid channel

Do you need to have the phone on you for the fingerprint to work or can you leave the house without your phone and still get in the house with your fingerprint?

Take a pictures of your door and the mechanism and go a Tambour or any local hardware store that sell locks etc and ask them what’s the specifications and your options to install a cylinder by yourself. My opinion go with MUL-T-LOCK MT5+

Hi Sanjeev, Well both the Lockly Secure Pro and the Schlage Encode are good and sharing the same features, except that the Lockly Secure Pro have the 3D Fingerprint Access (up to 99 fingerprints) that the Schlage Encode doesn’t have. On the other hand the Schlage Encode have the Ring Video doorbell integration and up to 100 user codes access that the Lockly Secure Pro doesn’t have... Long story short both are very similar also in price But each one have few different uniques features. I personally really like the new 3D Fingerprint option and I think it’s a very good for any person that opens the door (fast and easier access) By the way both smart locks can be upgraded with High Security Cylinder, just so you know.
@@S.E.Locksmith Thank you so much for your quick response, So the only thing that we will miss if we select Lockly secure pro is opening the front door directly from Ring app, and we have to switch our live view ring app to Lockly App to open the door? other then that let's say if we are home and someone is on the front door, we see the live view on our echo show and we can simply ask Alexa to open the door. Let me know if that's true?

Lockly devices are useless devices. Don't waste our money. I bought two of them. both the lock and the hub didn't work and technical support didn't know how to resolve the issues. I am returning them back to Home Depot. What a waste of time.
