IMO this man is the best real estate agent in America. Knowing what you are talking about is hard to find now a days let alone someone willing to pull elevation , history, location and make custom content. Most agents just use auto generated websites and hire 1 drone / photographer, this guy is the real deal and should be teaching at an institute on real estate for the next gen agent. oh nice property as well

What an exoensive project as drilling awelland a solar pumping set upalone would be veryexpensive andalmost a mile from power that means no internet This project is way over priced for only being 40% complete…no outdoor landscaping and honestly their are alot of beautiful finishedcabins Peter…its toobad they didnt even put the rest ofthe windows or even aroof…insane price
So what's the deal? It's a shell? No plumbing or wiring? Year round or seasonal,? What happened to scare off the owners or are they just exited with interests suddenly? What do you honestly estimate the cost to finish? I noticed a comment at 100k.
Absolutely awesome property & cabin. Green metal roof, raised garden beds, & solar panels. I’d rather have an outhouse & indoor bucket toilet. Anyone that’s hands on will love this. Thanks Peter for the tour! Hope your drone is okay. And moose are people too😉
Lived in northern Maine for two years about 20 years ago. When I look at property up there now, hard to believe the prices. I always laugh at the amount of property that is sold without a well, septic or driveway, but they have a house started. At least this one has a septic system.
This would be great for the right buyer but it’s pretty expensive especially with modulars, tiny homes and cheaper building options becoming more common and widely allowed. It seems like it would be cheaper if you bought raw land. You have some awesome properties regardless

This is a nice property for the right buyer, but it is also kind of sad. Somebody's dream died here. They ran out of money, got sick, or something else bad happened to them. You wouldn't put all the money into it, get it to that half finished state and stop otherwise.
250k is a bit rich, atleast 150k. Itd be over 50k to run underground power 6/10 of a mile where I live. It's a shame they didnt weatherproof those window holes better. Some city dweller will buy it.
