Today, I gathered my 42 random layer cake squares left over from other projects. Unfortunately, not all were exactly 10 by 10. I dug into my scraps to make enough sets of matching pieces. This is going to be a great scrap buster. LOL Thanks.

I’ve never been a big fan of the traditional log cabin quilt top, but I ADORE your Log Cabin Retreat pattern and I will be actively looking for the perfect jelly roll or layer cake. You have hit another home run with this pattern! Do you find yourself manipulating fabric and designing patterns in your dreams? Lovely! Just lovely! And thank you for suggesting thread colors. I forget: what do you do with your video quilts when you’re done with them? I’m obsessed but struggle with finding what to do after I finish a quilt. It’s hard to find the perfect one to gift people…

Some I'll keep. (We are big blanket lovers here. There are multiple quilts in every room. Lol I even make quilts for my dogs and cats.) Some go to families and/or friends. Charities, which I'm actually working on a big batch for children for donations. I am playing on selling the ones in my second book release for Charity as well. They'll eventually find a home. Lol
