Farrah had a blonde moment but she remembered lol had her poster on my wall when I was 14 years old I remember going to the cinema to watch this movie just because she was in it lol
Ok, so here's something I never understood. It's the 23rd century, post-apocalyptic world, the last remaining survivors live in a dome and do nothing but get stoned and do wicky-wicky all the live long day. So far so good. So how come out of all the people in the dome, Logan and Jessica are the only 2 to have British accents? Were they on some cultural exchange program from a dome in the UK?
@@Fairland3 They're probably descendants of powerful political and economic elites who quite frankly in the 70s were mostly white. Only they had the resources to build facilities that could weather the apocalypse.
I've been asking the same thing. There's a press photo of it, but the actual scene never appears in the movie. A catfight scene between those beauties would be worth the price of admission.
The sequence was cut from the movie, it was an all drag fight between the 2 girls, the director cut the scene from the movie to make to movie not so long
@@ArmyJames I'm trying to figure out now why 2 years ago I said Jenny and Raquel. 😂 I always wanted to see another fight between Raquel and Martine Beswick who fought in One Million Years B.C. MMA submission only rules, three 6 min rounds. 🙂
I love how Jenny Agutter has to spoon-feed airheaded Holly every piece of relevant information in order for her to remember: "Tell them the rest." "The other Sandman, remember?" "He was hunting the first one, wasn't he?" The people of the 23rd century aren't big on thinking are they? They're children who have everything provided for them. Few of then have any initiative to survive in the world they step into in at the film's end, and I don't think Peter Ustinov's character will be an effective teacher.
Its YOU you're Guilty you killed the Doctor... OHHHH wait you didnt If anyone with a spear had not given Farrah 4 minutes to clear her cache Logan would be gutted.
Logan signaled to the Sandmen to come down to the Underground. He was responsible for the deaths of all those people. (including Farrah!) But Jenny didn't know that. All she knew was that Logan was himself running. At some point, was Logan ever going to confess this to her?
I saw the film in the cinema when it was released, and I still don't understand why "Logan" or "Logan - 5") alerted his "Sandmen" colleagues, by doing so he's just condemned all the "Runners", i.e. is he a "Runner" or at least "in sympathy" with them for the purpose of finding "Sanctuary", only "killing" in self-defence / if absolutely necessary, or is he still a "Sandman" in the full sense? Those "spears" may look deadly but they are no match for the "Sandmen's", explosives, firepower and weapons.
Logan was loyal to the system until he realized there was no need to die at 30. He was basically a spy, and you know what a spy is? It's a person that infiltrates a group in order to betray them.
You're talking about a "mole", not a spy. Moles like Kim Philby, who infiltrated British Intelligence in the 1960's, then fled to the USSR. Spies conduct surveillance (aka "spying") on people and/or governments, and report back to their own agencies (such as Homeland Security & CIA)...
Actually her behaviour makes sense in this, since in the original novel basis, the Holly 13 character was portrayed as a bit ditzy and childlike. In the book, the character commits suicide after losing Doc, and isn't even able to speak because the loss traumatizes her too much. In the film, they had Holly flee to Sanctuary after losing Doc, and so it's a bit different, but the mannerisms and acting of Farrah are definitely suited to the character she's playing.
