People here talking about putting down the speaker to ear level... the speakers are angled to the listener's ears and its nearly as good as having them on ear level. As long as the angle is correct, it doesnt matter. Its just a little further from the ears. Speakers further away also gives an impression of wider soundstaging and imaging, which can be a good thing.
@@williamapp4800 ... I don't know how else you tested, or how much you experimented. In the rear, since you have curtains on one side, and blank wall/corner on the other, try moving the rears lower, about 4 feet, and four feet to the inside of the wall. (Maybe even 5-6 feet.) You can try a panel to the left of the left rear, and right of the right rear, because of the curtains on that one side. It's a learning experience, but there are general guidelines. Did you find a good video from a knowledgeable audiophile about speaker placement, and regarding what that system is capable of, which, BTW, is not what Logitech claims, by about 50%. Also, update the video. I wonder how you finally setup everything?
Hey Dude !Thanks for the video, btw would you recommend me getting this as a HTPC home theatre system instead of an expensive yamaha or denon AVR am kinda running low on my budget,btw i plan to connect it with an optical audio input for 5.1 signal throughput! So will it sound as good as an expensive AVR and is the bass enough for surround movie experience?
I'm am impressed about the speaker setup, but WAY more about the remote! Seeing that it had a screen made me crazy confused, like is it bluetooth, wifi, app, what is it? 🔥
well, technically possible: buy two z906 + an atmos ready receiver (e.g. Denon AVR-X3600H), buy quality cinch audio cables to hook em up with and bwam. problem solved.
@Mat Falcao the receiver has to be atmos ready and slots for the two wires each satellite speaker requires. so get yourself to logitech system, use the 10 speakers from the two sound systems for your atmos ready receiver

The real cinema experience is only in AVR system. This system will never ever replace the AVR. How much quality sound can a tiny speaker give. Plus the plastic cabinet, my god! It's a complete terrible. Real sound should be MDF cabinet and 2-way crossover. If you are going to install a cinema system in your home. Be sure to start with the AVR. Even the worst AVR system will sound better than the Z906. How do I know? Because I made the same mistake. I bought the Z906 and then I upgraded to the AVR. Believe me, it's worth the difference. You may not have a lot of money, but build up your system gradually. First 2.0, then 3.0, then 5.0, then it becomes a super system with Subwoofer. It's that simple.

Скачал два фильма 1й фильм - с аудиодорожкой: English Е-AC3+Atmos / 5.1 / 48 kHz / 768 kbps |original| 2й фильм - с аудиодорожками: Аудио1: DTS-HD Master Audio English 3356 kbps 5.1 / 48 kHz / 3356 kbps / 24-bit (DTS Core: 5.1 / 48 kHz / 1509 kbps / 24-bit) Аудио2: Dolby Digital Audio English 640 kbps 5.1 / 48 kHz / 640 kbps / DN -27dB 3. Но при просмотре данных фильмов, на панели управления Z-906 горит индикатор «Стерео 3D». Звук при этом раздается из всех 6 колонок. А именно, основная речь исходит их фронтальных колонок. Дополнительные эффекты - звучат с тыльных колонок. Т.е. я думал, что у меня полноценно отрабатывает купленная аудиосистема. 4. Но в интернете нашел информацию о том, что при просмотре фильмов с такими аудидорожками, должен светиться индикатор декодирования «Decode». И только в таком случае звучит «настоящий» DTS или Dolby Digital. Но у меня он почему-то не загорается Так ли это? Должен ли светиться индикатор декодирования «Decode» для полноценного звучания аудиосистемы? Заранее спасибо.
Да должен светиться индикатор декодирования «Decode». Но в данном случае проблема может быть в телевизоре. Он преобразовывает сигнал в 2.0 и отправляет по оптическому кабелю на акустику Z-906. Поэтому для полноценного воспроизведения фильмов лучше использовать хардверный медиаплеер типа Dune или любой другой с выходом звука по оптическому кабелю...

I have the same soundsystem...But surround doesn't work on rear speakers...It only works in center and front (Right left)..My connection is stereo...Please help.what should i do?

It makes no sense ! I have a PC now with Z5500, but before that had Creative Inspire 5.1. Gave their younger brother. And when I come to visit him , the sound quality greatly surprised obsolete Inspire 5.1 ... But if you really want it, it would be pleasant buying , definitely!
