Bicyclists are the absolute worst around my area. We not only have bike lanes everywhere but they never use them either in the middle of the road or riding down the sidewalks. They also completely ignore traffic laws blowing through stop signs and red lights like they're trying to get hit! They think they're pedestrians and not commuters these days!
Ahh maybe that’s the problem. They’re riding on flimsy bikes not going anywhere near as fast as cars can go so they feel unsafe, which ironically causes them to make themselves actually unsafe. It’s a type of irony.
The sense of entitlement is strong with you, people like you just want your perfect little habitat. How about you adapt and not be against your own species? There was a time where nobody had a problem with bikers on the sidewalk...it's called being aware and paying attention, but nowadays you want to walk down the sidewalk staring at your phone and have the blame for your actions fall on others. There's no logical reason to not bike on the sidewalk. Just pay attention and you wont hit people. Humans have just gotten pathetic.
@@Adeon55 For decades nobody cared about bikers on the sidewalk, there was once a time where you didn't wish ill towards your fellow humans. All it takes is some spatial awareness and you have no problem, but nowadays people want to stare at their phone while walking down the sidewalk like it's their damn sidewalk, and if they bump into a biker, they blame the biker. Again, if people are paying attention, no problems happen. You want to say skateboarders or scooters are next? How about roller blades? Literally no difference to a bike.
I ride a bike but I'm not an asshat like those folks in Spandex wearing knee and elbow pads and a helmet that makes their head look like a damn peach pit 😂
