On that jealousy or envy question, I think it is commendable that he/she recognizes and thus wants to change it .....Not a lot of people can say that about themselves and I totally agree that gratitude is a good way of approaching this

Every time i see a couple travelling to holidays i get so excited, LOL! i feel like am the one who is doing the traveling and having fun. enjoy London guys :) :* My hubby always makes me feel guilty for eating "nice food" and keeps on telling me how am gonna gain weight and not be able to control it when i am tired of it, and that time am size 32. but what people forget is that change start from within, not to being forced to.
I love how you guys always express how important it is to first look after yourself physically, emotionally and mentally before you can expect someone to fill that space. Mpoomy the taking carenof yourself part is totally truth. We try n avoid it and just come up with excuses n what not, but honestly for yourself as well, you just have to love yourself and take care of yourself.
