A good thing for back pain, or especially for those who sit down a lot and hunch forwards, is to walk backwards for 10-15 minutes a day. To counter-balance the backwards movement, your body naturally leans backwards slightly, which helps with lumbar and neck areas as it helps keep the curve in your spine as normal as possible. - Direct advice to me from a chiropractor. 👍

Not been in UK for a while now but if there is a One Stop supermarket near you have a look . Really good deals on close to sell by date stuff . One Stop is a Tesco overflow - if that makes sense . Anyway Cobs - not balm or breadcakes . Hi to little one .

get a 24v travel kettle for boiling your water. Takes a good 5 minutes to boil but no need for gas. Also maybe look at 24v heated lunchbox. It's like a slow cooker but I put frozen homecooked food in and it reheats up in about an hour.

I’ll have to look into the lunch box thing, it’s not bad if you set it to aside and cooks whilst driving around, I’ve tried the kettles in the past and they used to take around 20min to boil the water so gave up on them. Maybe if I got a more expensive one it could be a little quicker

@@Life_of_Darren Maybe it's luck depending on manufacturer. When I say "a good 5 mins" I really mean 8-10 mins with mine depending on how much water, usually about 0.5l

@@Life_of_Darren They really do go too fast! Especially when in a job you have mentally quit but physically can’t yet 😂 Not fun but gotta do what you gotta do… Always sounds daunting 4am start.. Do you get use to them after a while?

@@ItsRyan. yeah you do tbf mate, same with the long hours - you can do a 12 hour shift and it only feels like 8 or so. You just have to go sleep a little earlier for the early get ups

Thanks Margaret it was a good but very fast weekend, hope you had a good one too. In regards to straps normally it would be one per pallet space but if it’s bulky or more loose items you may need to apply more to be on the safe side

What would you say is the hardest thing for a rookie Class1 driver? Or something you struggled with at first? I'm thinking of doing it, I have my Class D (Buss) license and have done that for a bit but not for a few years now but i have experience of driving a larger vehicle. Just overthinking it I guess. Would love to know your opinion / feedback on this. Class video as always Darren. Oh, do you ever come to Port Warrington? I do security there for work at the moment.

Hey bud thanks for watching, the hardest think I found at first was reversing for sure, the biggest problem I had was over thinking the manoeuvres, then after a couple of weeks it just clicked and now I don’t think about it even when in the tighter places too. Dont worry yourself too much as it will come naturally for you I have been the port of Warrington a few times but it’s been over a year since last visited Have a good one bud
