This week I was over in London for the Chelsea flower show. I stayed in Kensington and I decided to visit some of the cute cafes whilst I was there. I popped into liberty too. Explored Covent garden and the cute Elan cafe, Fort Mason and Saint Aymes cafe too. Don't forget to check out my Vlog of the Chelsea flower show too.

Kensington is so very nice although it was a long time ago since I was there.That view is pretty.One thing Catherine you are so good at travel and keep safe.Lovely weather. Wow...!!! You brought me back to the days when I was 18-19 y.o, and working as a live-out au pair in one of the Mews in South Kensington living in Fulham. It has changed a lot - To the better! Must make a revisit soon. That cute floral cafe you visited for brunch near Gloucester Rd? - can you please tell me the address? I would so much love to go there for brunch or tea or something someday I am in the neighbourhood. Yum!! I even spotted the 14 bus! - My bus back and forth between my home and West End in the early days. You have been to all the places where I used to hang out. It was a huge pleasure to see. So glad you had a lovely time & you were able to get a F&M basket. I have always wanted to get one, but the shipping to US is so expensive. I'm hoping to visit London someday and pick up a basket! Maybe I will even go to the Chelsea Flower Show someday. I loved seeing all the beautiful flowers in both videos.

I did what you said I watched the Chelsea flower show first but now I have a dilemma I want to go back to see London in November. My first stop will be Dublin Ireland, fly to London take the train to Paris and?. I loved all of the blogs and seeing all through your eyes. You are SO brave! I hope you aren't truly traveling alone.How would you know which neighborhoods to avoid,where dangers might lie,etc.I have never even seen a 'tube' so I wouldn't have any idea how those work.I would be so lost!

Hi Judy, Yes I travel alone. The world isn't as scary as it is in our heads. Yes bad things happen but once you practise caution and stick to your gut you will be fine. The internet is great for doing research and I generally do a good bit of research on a place before I go and download any useful apps for trains etc. x
