JP...Love the video brotha! Just what I needed to hear and see. Couldn't of asked for more. I was in between 2 offset vertical smokers, and after watching your videos, you have me sold on the 30x36. Keep up the good content my man...love your videos here in good ole San Antonio, TX.
Looking at a vertical offset for chicken wings.. have had 2-3 offset barrel style smokers and can’t keep up with demand right now for my business. I really want to get a vertical to be able to just smoke more at a time
I have tthe lsg vertical and the grates are too close together. I have a friend with the pitmaker vault and you can get big meats on all the shelves. In my opinion its better.
Thanks guys I appreciate you guys watching and commenting. I’m not here to to tell you what to buy. But the nice thing of living in Texas is you can take a drive to Humble and check out Pitmaker and then check out Lone Star Grillz up in Willis probably on the same day. Before you spend any kind of significant money at least check em both out. Thanks guys I appreciate the comments and thanks again for watching. Keep the smoke rolling.
I would lean towards the offset for sure. thanks guys appreciate the comments and thanks for watching. I will be doing a food comparison on the two in the near future.
