Great video, I was in the same boat, I'm from NY she was from CT, we only saw each other 2 or 3 times a month, I had 2 jobs on top of that, we broke up 3 times I used no contact twice and it worked this relationship was quite an experience but I think it's time for me to move on

LDR also here .how about not breaking up he just said that we are not in a good place?and he change a lot no more sweetness not saying i love you anymore and not saying that he miss me ..but instead he just use emojis sweet Emojis..and sending me pictures of what his doing everyday. But if I ask him when we going to see each other again he don’t say anything . He video call me on my birthday.. Everyday talking checking each other that’s it .no plan nothing .

I do understand the situation yet it's too painful but i tried to be more positive and encourage my self to do more improvement and grow with the guidance of prayer and word of God. Coach Nat this question is off topic from the video but I was wondering if you’d be willing to answer it. If my ex told me she wants me out of her life is it wrong of me to ignore her at work although I see her look up at me when I pass by? I don’t understand if me ignoring her is wrong, but I feel obligated to do it because she said she didn’t want me in her life. Hi Coach Adrian! So good that your videos suddenly popped up on my feed so timely! So just 3 days ago, we just broke up during LDR. He said his reason was that he fell out of love in the middle of it and couldn't go on anymore. We didn't have consistent video calls every night during that 8months like we used to have before when I was in his country for 1 year+, but we do have chat messages every night after his work during LDR. But I think this was a great factor that he fell out of love? I tried to let him think more and try to hold on until we can meet again and work it out (this pandemic!). But he wanted me to try to move on already and love myself, do the things that I love and I want. Focus on to study the career that I've always wanted (reason why I came back to my country first and resigned from my toxic job in his country). In the end, I accepted his decision calmly even if it hurts a thousandfold that night. We agreed we're still bestfriends as we used to be before lovers. And that if we meet again, we won't ignore each other. Now I'm busying myself to be better and more valuable. But I am sure that I still want him back when that time comes we meet again. If he said he fell out of love is the reason, will there still be a chance I can get him back? Or if guys said, guys said. Is this so? I'm trying to stop getting anxious of what may happen in the future, and force myself to focus on my healing and betterment and improvement first. But.... those lines he told me just keeps asking my head.... am I that unworthy to wait for?

too bad I missed this live. 8.5 yrs together last 1.5 was long distance due to work. we are still in different States. somedays I think we are just being dumb and it will all fix it self. some days I feel "what's the point" we talk sometimes all funny. Adrian! She broke up because she needed to find herself and be single after always beeing in relationships. A lot is going on in her life atm and it was too much pressure with our distant relationship. We love each other a lot, she was crying and looked so lost when we saw each other for the last time. Told her she will be ok and left her alone since then. It's been 5 weeks. Working on my new project and enjoying the single life, life is good to me and I can see she's watching every single thing i post on social media. There’s a huge thing I don’t understand... my LDR girlfriend isn’t exactly broken up with me but, she’s talking a lot with our male friend. In my case it's pretty confusing. We broke up because our lives started to go separate ways and we couldn't see each other. I will be moving to another continent and the distance would triple. We loved each other and cried like crazy when we broke up. We will be doing no contact for some time just to digest that we will not be in a relationship anymore, but we eventually will and want to stay as friends. We left the door open and we both hope that in the future to meet again and continue what we started as a couple.

Me and my girlfriend live in texas have been together for 2 years she move here from va and the last year was kinda rocky she got a job opportunity and had to move back va, but she was to transfer back when she could, so it wasnt supposed to be a long ldr, but it's now been almost a year. We weren't really talking and she started acting soon as she left so I asked for a break after 2months of her being gone. I realized I made a mistake in doing that and when I wanted to not be on a break she said we should still be on a break because we argued alot and that she wants to work on our friendship and fix our communication. We have been talking every day since she left and even now while on a break. I wanted to marry this woman but I'm uncertain if we'll get back together it's been 4 months of being on a break but only a month and a half of us having good communication. I dont know what to do and its driving me crazy.

I still love my ex even though he hurt me so badly. We were long distance, I used to visit him 2/3 times a year because he couldn’t come over. I would wait for him to finish working and go to sleep at 3am only to be able to talk to him, although I had class the following morning. I used to work on weekends at a restaurant and sometimes I would not even sleep to be able to get to the airport on time. I gave everything I could give, that’s how much I loved him, but one day I found out he was cheating on me. I loved him so much that I accepted his apologies and trusted everything he said when he was claiming to only love me and that he wouldn’t be seeing her anymore...only to be left disappointed each time. I know I was so stupid, yet one part of me didn’t want to believe he would hurt me again. Now he’s in a bad period of his life and claims to have changed. I forced myself to break up with him once for all, but I can’t not talk to him, I can’t move on without knowing that he’ll be alright...I’m only hurting myself more and more, but what should I do? After 2 years my heart is still broken

We got back together about 4 months later. He said he wanted us to work and that he wanted me to move to where he is, which was the plan all along. He pulled the plug again about a month ago and he broke up with me again. He said he is walking away from this relationship and that he is moving on. What if she broke up with me because of the distance only? We never had a dispute and she even said I'm the one for her and that she doesn't wanna be with another man. She broke up with me right after I finally visited her country because the pain she felt after I left was too much for her. I told her that I'm 100% commited to move to her country and live with her and that I have many options to do that soon. She said she is open to live with me but doesn't see us together and want to stay just friends. Hi. I was in long distance relationship for an year. We guys never met each other. Now she has suddenly lost interest in me and says she likes a boy there. And says me to move on and to not talk. What should I do. She was completely ignoring me and was rude with me. I am trying no contact rule and it's my 10th day today... Will she forget me because she wanted me to go and now that I am not replying her I think she will never come back.... Help!

5 years of LDR, first relationship for both of us. She broke up with me because she lost attraction for me ("I don't love you anymore). I have turned her off for many reasons, that I see now, as I'm working on myself. 42 days of NC, 65 of breakup. When I'm gonna feel like I have grown up and became better man, should I reach out to her or hope that she is gonna reach out? She told me to move on and find someone else when she broke up with me.

Hey Nathen Page, I think you answered your own question, my friend. It means they are lonely and feeling hurt :) Perhaps you should go out and have some fun for yourself, as well. That doesn't have to be sex. Go out and do things that fulfill you and fill your spirit. My long distance ex girlfriend of 1 year broke up with me. I went into two months of no contact. I feel like I'm in a good place right now. I found out She has another guy who is also long distance I believe and she doesn't know that I know. I reached out for a week and eventually we spoke once. My question is she never contacts me first anymore but she says to feel free to keep messaging her? Should I continue? Maybe push for more phone calls? Or maybe go back into no contact? Don't waste more of your time with somebody who doesn't care. If he want to keep relationship with his child. Let him do but not for yourself coz if cares about you in first place he wouldn't left you. Focuse with your life and keep and take care of yourself and your child. My ex doesn't want to any responsibility for his kid. But your wat? I will take care of my child and inshallah. We don't have to chase this kind of human. There a lot of them who really need us. I left a long comment last week, dear Adrian, regarding loving relatinship ending bad. He started dating his childhood friend after 9 months of break up. A friend He told me He would have gone crazy to be with and there's no reason to be jelaous. I saw them today, my heart threw me back to a deep pain .. External issues such as job loss, no money, health issues..depression...my abusive family and his family..sister and dad ...who said we need to have a break because I'm manipulative... IT was in the lowest time of my depression when I lost myself and was once suicidal... We broke up after almost a year after a month long break...after few days he was remorseful and said in the future maybe...And then...after 2 weeks he turned And said never ever getting back. Ita hard to avoid him/her but try to be consistent. Like im doing to my ex who's is sweden and im in the Philippines. Focus more on yourself and do new things. Make yourself busy. Let him do what he wants. And show him you are doing great without him.

My ex told me “delete all my pics” and now he wants to call me to fix things! They say that because when you breakup, they think there is no going back with the person but you have to show them youve changed and thats what will make her happy. If YOU were the one neglecting her, you need to change and really put effort in with her. Take your time dont chase! Analyse what went wrong and prove them wrong by changing it. Women love chase but if you are in her face too much, shes going to hate it so stop chasing, focus on YOU, change what needs to be changed that caused the breakup and prove her wrong.

We broke up due to his intense school work and being unsure where he’d be stationed in the military for 5 years after graduating. The uncertainty was too much so we didn’t know what to do. I still hold a flame for him and it’s been over a year and I’ve given him space, but I met someone else who treats me well and makes me happy so I’ve started dating a new guy. I wanted to reach out to my ex before this new guy, to apologize for how erratic I had acted and a lot of things I said when I was hurt, but I’m not sure about what to do now. I’ve changed a lot and I’d like to catch up with him, but that would be disrespectful to my new boyfriend. If my ex gets stationed near my city or reaches out I’m confused on how to go about everything. I like this new guy and my life has been better with him in it, but I don’t want to hurt my ex if he reaches out or I end up seeing him again through mutual friends.
