That chicken looks amazing! I’m impressed that you did this with such a small amount of oil. I recommend that you try brining your chicken next time. It makes a huge difference for white meat. Brine for a few hours to overnight, rinse and season normally. It doesn’t make the chicken noticeably taste like any one of the ingredients. It just tastes delicious. Here’s the recipe: 2 cups water 1 TBSP fine sea salt 2 tsp MSG 1 tsp sugar This is still good without the MSG if you don’t have it. Great video!!!
