@@0alexander062 eat less than 20 carbs a day for three weeks. You have to be in Ketosis so that you don't get hungry. Hunger disappears when you are burning Ketones.
Why exactly? I thought if we were hunter gatherers and got a kill after 3 days we would be firing up some steaks straight away. (happy to be wrong just my way of thinking about it)
