It's funny, I'm a swede and looking at the word I think it's absurd but it's honestly not that hard to say or spell. Hypernervokustiskadiafragmakontravibrationer. It's just a combination of a bunch of other swedish words, if you split it up it'd be: Hyper nervo kustiska diafragma kontra vibrationer. So it's a word that's a combination of six other words. The real beast is this word: "nordvästersjökustartilleri-flygspaningssimulatoranläggningsmaterielunderhållsuppföljningssystemdiskussionsinläggs-förberedelsearbete", which when split up is: "nord väster sjö kust artilleri flyg spanings simulator anläggnings materiel underhålls uppföljnings system diskussion inläggs förberedelse arbete". So it's a combination of 17 words.
