Love the truths you share Marcus. I do various types of pull-ups everyday, dips and leg raises and holds. Maybe over training but still feel great. Keep the videos coming… I love’em.

Its so funny m,y missus just got me the Calcium, magnesium and zinc supplement. she noticed I was getting super tired from workouts.. im noticing improvements already

100mg is waaaay too much. 11mg a day is the daily recommendation. Also zinc reduces the amount of copper the body can absorb. High zinc supplementation should be combined atleast with copper supplements. Else you get a copper deficiency

If you use sunscreen and sweat during the day and then don`t shower for 8 hours...so you go to bed sweaty and sticky?

Don’t use sunscreen for 1st hour, then you can, then U can shower before bed if it’s 8 hours since the 1hr of no -sunscreen sun😀☀️
