In gym on the easier grip o can just jumper up hold straddle 30+ sec perfect eachside. on pole just jumping up is hard its almost like different exercise to me flexibility stability and all included.... diff bars, diff muscles; beauty of calisthenics
Is that 5 metres? She's so impressive! I'll show this to my son, he managed three ascents when he was 16/17yrs. This'll motivate him to keep pushing for sure. I think he's aiming for your 5 in a minute Marcus, but it seems like a very high mountain to climb.
For everyone dismissing her and minimizing her achievement, consider this - most watching this are at home on the couch eating something awful and have a BMI in the "obese" range. Pull up Champion? Really? With 20 pull ups? Was she competing against crossfitters? The last time I did pull ups at the gym I did one set for fun and did 35 and I'm no pull up champion. But I guess if she is with 20. Then just call me The King Of Pull.

I'm confused as to what the criteria were here. I can do weighted chins with 25-30kg but i only weigh 72kg, so its almost half my body weight. 18kg is good, but its not that much if you weight 90kg or more if you see my point, what % is this of his body weight?
