Lester, it’s hard to imagine the amount of feed bags that you no longer have to sling over your shoulders. The feed buggy has been a huge saving grace for you!! Jami is so sweet finding a less painful method to feed the babies!! 😘😘😘❤
What a difference it has to make on his body! Not to mention the time and gas it saves! I'm so glad he tried it even though he didn't think it would work! Sometimes you just don't know until you try!
I'm just relieved that you have the UFO! Anything to help your shoulders and knees! I know you're not going to have surgery until you absolutely have to! You're doing more damage tho dear.
So happy for you getting the new feed buggy. That has to really be a big help with your bad shoulder Lester. God bless you! You are such a hard working man.
Who would have thought the feed buggy would become such a major part of the cow's lives. I remember that first day when we all thought it wouldn't work with their horns but man they figured it out. They sure are in love with that buggy!
It was interesting to see how filling the UFO worked. Tex was trotting right along trying to save his feedbuggy. He thought “What’s Daddy going to take next? First my women and now my grain!.” LOL. I love that funny bull.❤
I love how Lester and Jami show each other how MUCH they love one another and HOW they constantly have EACH other's well beings on their minds!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
I just keep thinking how much the feed buggy is saving Lester's back by not having to lift and move and feed 200 50 pound feed sacks each month. It must save a lot of time, too. I can tell Tex likes a full feed buggy!
Really? Those animals have WORK to do to maintain those pastures. Fabulous that there are options to produce hay as well. Is moving the UFO that difficult?
@judynewkumet7153 - Yes, the animals need to maintain the pastures - but the feed buggy food provides all the different nutrients they animals also need.
When you think about how many bags that is and you will not have to be lifting, the price gets a whole lot better. I love seeing horses running around, having fun. Rita is a spit fire 🔥.
I love how the buggy is mixed specifically for the Longhorns/breed of cow. All those Mommas need the additional nutrients when expecting and after to feed those babies.
Oh Tex looked so sad when you took the feed buggy away.. Thank you for taking us with you to fill the feed buggy. It was very interesting.. ❤ I love the longhorns.🩷💜❤️
My beagles wake up my husband with their barking every single time they hear that doorbell sound while I’m catching up on my videos early in the morning. Hubby does not appreciate, and my quiet coffee and video time ends before I’m ready…
When I think about there being a day where we no longer have a way to see their lives, or yours and Jami’s, or all of Morrow hill, it puts a big lump in my throat and a pain in my heart. I don’t have anyone around, and this is my daily life, is watching you guys. ❤
@@Bunch1950 it’s crazy. I was literally crying by the time I finished typing that. And I have tell myself to pull it together, that the time hasn’t come or came close yet. It still kills my heart to think about it. I live alone, and only get to see my oldest and his wife maybe a couple times a month. And my youngest is in college 3 hrs away, so I only get to see him when he gets to come home on breaks. I wish I had money and a vehicle to be able to take trips to see them, but that’s not possible.
I'm sorry that you're having a hard time being an empty nester. But now's the time for you to enjoy your life. If you don't belong to a church there's always senior community centers where you can meet people and join in activities. There's volunteer work that you can do both with humans and with animals (they always need help walking dogs). Just reach out and see what's available even if you just go to a food bank and help hand out food when people come through that will give you an activity...✌🏻And Blessings
@@marywilson1442 I wish I could do things. I don’t have a vehicle, and I am currently going through the disability process. I’m a Breast Cancer Survivor, and because of lymph nodes being removed under my left armpit, I’m not able to lift more than 10 lbs with that arm due to the possibility of causing lymphedema. I ended up with chemical toxicity from the chemo, which continues to eat my body from the inside out. It’s caused multiple issues, such as I am in a knee brace full time for the rest of my life, because the surgery is a 50/50 chance of being successful, or losing my leg. And I just don’t want to take that chance. Then I have issues with my spine and most of the disc. I’m grateful to be alive, even if it limits me. I can do things, example if I mow my yard, then it will take me 3-4 days to recover. But I still do it because it has to be done and I can’t afford to pay anyone. When going through the disability process, you’re not allowed to have any income at all. I’ve been blessed by selling all my expensive items to pay my rent and utilities, and I’m on food stamps for my food. But as of June 1st after I paid my bills, I don’t have any more items to sell except some clothes. So I will be homeless July 1st if a miracle doesn’t happen. It stinks living with the stress, which causes more health issues, and I’m only 48. I never dreamed I would be dealing with all that I am at this age. So just Pray for me! 🙏🏼🫶🏻🌻
I can tell my dog is getting old is because he used to bark like crazy when he would hear the doorbell on TV or when I’m watching a RU-vid video but he doesn’t do that no more which I’m kinda grateful for.
Every day, J&L proves how valuable it is to all of the babies who continue to benefit from its bounty. I know 3 properties are not easy. Cost, maintenance, travel, etc., but what a life all the littles and bigs have been given. You and Jami are nothing short of exceptional people for what you do. We are thankful we get to share in your adventures, and we love you both for your dedication to those babies and to us! ❤
Hey Lester seems like that second feed buggy might be a better idea for Gary, Jezebel, and Trinity for when they move to ISS since you won't be going there daily to feed them.
Lol!😂. I got it. You go through the same procedure, exactly the same, but when you return through the gate, give Big Tex a bucket of cubes, and assorted favorites to placate his temper tantrum. 👍😁✔️🐴🐂Rita's a dramometer. Wow
When you put the feed buggy back in the bull pen, you should turn it around then. That way you can just hook up and pull it out, instead of having to turn it around when removing it. Just a suggestion.
Wow how quickly did the bulls get attached to the feed buggy ! Jami always has great ideas and this feed buggy was one of the best and I am so glad she persisted with getting you onboard. I bet it saves money and I am certain it saves your back and shoulders. Gifting Jake and Lyssa a feed buggy was a very nice gift for you to give them and a great wedding gift for a cow owner ! They love and appreciate it ! I love that you have fallen in love with Rita and she with you. She is going to be so much better in her behavior as she gets more mature.
Your video of filling the buggy is something I never would have had an opportunity to see if you had not shown this. I appreciate you doing this. Thanks.
It was good to see the feed buggy get filled up, Jamie is such a sweetheart to you ❤️ thinking of your shoulder and knees for you to get the feed bucket in and i bet your so glad she came up with this brilliant idea. Have a blessed Sunday, i love you both...xxxx
Thanks so much Jami for mentioning this feed buggy a while back for Lester. It’s been a lifesaver and it’s the best thing ever. Thanks Jami You’re the best.
A beautiful day to join you on a trip to the feed store to refill the feed buggy 😊 When Tex was running up as you were leaving his pasture, I was like " Second gear Lester - Second gear!" 😂😂 My first favorite thing to do is to hang with the Wacky Little's - my Second favorite? Hang with Tex and the rest of the Big's 😊😊 I love going on these trips with you - they're fun 😊 Take care, stay cool 😎& I'll see you on the next video!
Lester you said “this is how we do it “ and it started a reaction. 1995 hit… This Is How We Do It. Sha la la la la la lo.. This Is How We Do It. It’s Friday night and I feel alright…🎶
Evening Lester. Don’t take our food wagon. Tex isn’t happy with you today did an awesome job cutting down the trees. Have a great weekend take care lots of love and prayers God bless 💕🙏🤠
You all take your cattle very seriously, so wonderful!! It was pretty awesome how you got it right out of the truck this time, I would think quicker too!! Just thinking, the day on and off the cows and bulls will catch on to it, you won't be able to move fast enough to beat them, maybe trade off every two days!! Know you'll figure it out!!
Lester... A second feed buggy will be good for when you move Little Gary, Jezebel & Trinity over to the Sanctuary, especially since you won’t be there everyday. Just think of all the bags of feed it took over the years. No wonder your shoulders and back hurts! Great idea Miss Jami...! 🐂 🐂
WOW! So much fun to watch the grain load into your buggy. Just think, you don’t need to carry heavy bags any longer. It’s worth the cost to prevent injuries to you.
Loved that you gave Jami's idea a go after poo pooing it at the first mention of it. There are some that would just tell their partner to hush it up & say you dont know what you're talking about & just shut down the ideas.
Great close pics of the bulls while you get the grain wagon. Tex is a handsome bull, his son too, and Little Gary so sweet. Love to hear Tex howl! Rita likes activities to celebrate 4 tons wow! But that feed bin is worth it.. “oh look y’all, daddy brought us ice cream bars for a treat “! As the cows run to the feeder… Tex ur turn is comin
I so enjoy watching, I watched 4 different Lester & Jami shows today, Jami had said she would like a cattle panel in the corner that was saw at the ending.
Evening Lester. The longhorns We’re not happy campers today. Hilarious to eee how quick they have become attached to the food wagon. Have a wonderful weekend. Enjoy the lives today you have both been extremely by bnhyy😢😢😢😮
That feed buggy sure has saved your body a lot of stress. Thanks for showing us up close and personal how they fill it from the feed truck. The longhorns appreciate it. Hope you had a good day and night.
enjoyed all the shots of the feed buggy getting loaded and seeing how the whole process works, think Tex and the boys getting their own buggy is a great idea
Damn, that's alot of feed! So cool to watch the 4.8 tons to be loaded in your buggy. Another 1st for me, thanks! Our Bovine and the mini donkies are sure going to be happy💜💜💜
I love this. I was so invested watching that grain come down. Really a cool thing for you getting this feed buggy, UFO. It's so helpful to you. I am happy for you.😊
✅ Well done Lester. First, can't imagine how much this costs you: the custom-mix feed, and the "buggy" itself. Secondly, I am glad you no longer have to carry or pour feed from bags. Thirdly, this is reminiscent of the grain elevators that fill up bulk carriers here at the top of the Great Lakes destined to countries across the globe. (Have just had bulk carriers from Malta, the Netherlands, the Marshall Islands, and Cypress here this weekend.) Today one ship is being loaded with 31,000 metric tonnes of Grade 1 Red Spring Wheat. Thank you for your effort in creating interesting videos to watch. Take care. 🇨🇦❤️🙋🏼♀️🇨🇦 Here, I'll upgrade you to a gold star. ⭐️ 😉😁
