Thank you for taking me with you. I am older now and cannot walk like you do anymore and really enjoy watching you and others on the hikes I used to make. I loved camping by myself. May God bless you on His holiday.

The internet brings temporary enjoyment, but getting out and enjoying nature brings enjoyment that lasts a lifetime. I have many more memories of camping, hunting, fishing, and hiking than I do of things on the internet that I enjoy, your videos are an exception to that because I can relate to them. They’re a reminder of why I enjoy being outdoors.

It sucks loosing your Grandma and family if you are close to them, and its funny how when you go somewhere really nice it has you think about them or the lose, but I guess that this is one of those experience we call life, never is easy at all. Thanks again for helping my foot recovery be more tolerable by watching your videos I feel like I'm right out there camping and backpacking and learning right beside you listening to your stories and everything so thank you once again my foot's healing but it still hurts come Spring I will be ready to roll maybe I will check out some of the wonderful areas that you have been talking about I'm not too far away I live in Georgia so not that big of a leap thank you once again

Those wild onions used to grow in my yards in Arkansas too. It was so great to not only have them for cooking but when you mow the grass it would smell so darn good.

Just watching this video makes me feel as though I was there enjoying the paradise found. I've had the pleasure of finding such places in my past hikes. Man, beauty surrounds us and the only way to experience it is to get out there and just do it. To wake up in a beautiful old apple orchard with the sun rising...wow...life is so incredible. Just in case you all can't find it (or it's not there), the mark on the tree was done by a white tail deer and this is what you would call a ''Buck Rub.'' Basically a dominant buck signaling his readiness to breed and his control over the area. This rub is unusual (but not truly uncommon) as most will rub on a tree that is 1.5 to 4 inches in diameter. - Luke

Brother, my Grandma was much like yours. We lost her 2 years ago, I am 39. She was my biggest fan bar none. When I would go on adventures she would say, "What in the world would you want to do that for?"..."Because it's their Grandma!"..she would reply, "I guess." LOL

Scallions, apples, and wild garlic! Go to the edges of the field and get sheep sorrel and wild leeks and you can eat for days with minimum stress.

Sorry for your loss but glad she no longer suffers. That is one beautiful spot there careful someone doesn't try and make a golf course out of it...LOL. That bivy/tent might be worth a try even if it is a bit cramped. I like it when you show other methods of doing things when you forget things. Luke, I have enjoyed ALL of your videos and this one about "Paradise Found" ....absolutely awesome! May your Grandmother Rose rest in peace at the side of the Lord. Luke you can see the city sky line over ur head. Omg that was so cool. It reminds me of this place I would go to when we would have a winter storm. It was a huge hill that overlooked the city. In a snow storm on top of this hill overlooking the city was absolute paradise to me. My family has been threw a lot so I would go there for hours to just sit and think. Your camp reminded me to get out there. Things are no better so I think I need to go think. If u get what I'm saying. Thanks Luke

Condolences on your loss, I lost my Grandmother last year & due to a petty family squabble I never found out until after the funeral, it was some consolation to know she had asked for me the day she died. Loved this particular video, best wishes from the UK.
