This farm was also a big surprise. And the house is almost ready. The Gerês National Park is very close from it so, the air and waters are clean. A lot of biodiversity also

The scientific name of the Olives herb is Calamintha nepeta. It grows wild all over Minho region and other places

@@MrSHG66we call it Erva das Azeitonas and it's from the mint family. It has several medical properties and it smells delicious

That is beautiful, the arch under the vines was amazing. The wooded sections are so much like the bushland in Australia. The outer walls and roof are perfect, rare to see in PT. A porch all the way around the side/front would look nice.💜💜

Its a very beautiful house but I don't think you were looking at the correct land, the agents photos are all of eucalyptus forest which is a great shame. I would have terrace envy of whoever owns those beautiful terraces lol, but I thoroughly enjoyed your video and look forward to the next one.

Possibly, we can't be certain. But there was no other part with a spring . Anything goes when it comes to land a property in Portugal.

Don't let your heart rule your head,, I think that's way to much money, 150.000 euros, the Portuguese agents are ripping off forginers, the kand is not very good, its in the middle of no where , It is a money pit

I haven’t been anywhere near an agent!! It’s up to individuals to keep a hold of there emotions. We’re simply looking at what’s around the area.

@@joseph-be6methe price is the same for everyone! It's on line on the real estate website. And again, this is Minho, not central Portugal . Prices are much higher here and there's a reason for that ( actually, more than one)
