😊 awe it all takes time hun doesn't it I have black flooring in my kitchen too I hate it but like you we are changing it but have other things to do first we only been here 2years now have done a lot as I said everything takes time but we will get there 😊 glad your Lee's home xx

I actually like that lip between living room and kitchen Toni. The fact that it's its own piece of real wood to smoothly blend floors is lovely. So often people cheap out and just use plastic or metal beads to conceal flooring seams and they look awful. To get everything flush I imagine would be an insanely complicated job of either lowering the kitchen floor (breaking up and repouring the concrete) or raising the living room. (I don't think either would be worth it). The other thing ya could do, Lonefox did a bunch of custom tiling along the borders where his floors met up and it looks class; like a proper feature.

Looking at the carpet samples made me smile. I stayed in a holiday cottage in Anglesey a couple of years ago. I loved the bedroom carpet, so I took photos of it, to find and purchase at a later date. Still haven't done it but it was similar to what you were looking at! 😊

On mother's day I lit the sanity soother wax melt by my mums picture, toni it made my front room smell like my mum had been in flat ❤ my girl took me to dinner told her and she said" don't know if I'd like that" but I loved it thanks toni xxx

Ahhh that’s so nice lovely 🥰 I made “loved ones” in the advent calendar I created at Christmas 2022 and it was burnt on day 15 and it was white musk and I adored it so much. It was my mums favourite perfume. It smelt beautiful. I wanted to carry on creating that wax melt but it broke my heart a little every time I created the batches for the advent calendar so I know what your daughter means. 🥰 xxxx

Hi Toni , flooring can be very tricky , they probably put a sub floor with height in your kitchen & utility area hope it can be sorted without too much expense . Enjoyed this video thank you always 🇨🇦

I wonder if Lee could suggest some of his favourite scents for a fathers day wax melt box? I've been looking at flooring for my kitchen as it has ceramic tiles on floor & they're so slippy when I'm cooking & cold underfoot. The problem I have is the potential slight height difference leading from the lounge into the kitchen. The joiner suggested laying lvt flooring directly on top of the ceramic tiles to create a level floor throughout. Ahh Toni, I know what you mean. I'm going to hang fire & explore other options as everything is so expensive. Take it easy ❤x

Hi Toni! Loving the look of all the new boxes! I just tried to purchase the Easter Wax melts and on the order page, it says that it is not being shipped to my address so I cannot purchase - I am in the UK, Midlands - not sure if this is an issue on other orders but just so you are aware :) X
