I've had mine over a year and it still works great you will only use to tip for the soldering and the heat gun works good for smd

I agree - when you build your quad you feel so much more invested in the outcome. If something’s isn’t real right, you fix it and make adjustments. Good video keep it up!

Nice Station and good review, thanks. So i bought it too but mine come in without power switch on back , just the plug in cord to work. Question: after plug in just on bottom display showing lines, top for solder is blank but after turning on it works. It's damaged? Why isn't showing up top display lines at start?

Have you taken it apart to see if the build quality is safe? I know a lot of stuff out of China is no where close to US standards. And how accurate is the temperature holding, is there any adjustment for offset? I’m looking for a new station but I want something worth spending money on.

Dude why you turning it up so high. Damn it’ll cook your tips everyday.. both in the hot air gun( replace the heat element every couple of days, and the soldering iron element every other day) mate your using way too high heat , try starting at low then work out the difference, just saying mate 🤙🏼🇦🇺

Lmfao you are in the us I assume? Wtf are you using an adaptor like that lol? I mean if that "standard" 2 prong us plug doesn't fit in your socket then the socket you are plugging into isn't a us socket? I mean that makes no sense whatsoever plugging a us plug into a us plug adaptor. What kind of plug do you have that you need to spread the prongs that far apart? Lmao smh bad information and that looks like a fire hazard to me
