I'm loving this, first time I really listened to this was in 1986, East Oakland, skipping school, and the nostagic emotions that this video produces in me are priceless. Protect all that vinyl and please keep producing more of these videos. You are actually providing a service for us geriatric breakers. H-Allah.
Have listened to this instrumental many, many times. This morning what dawned on me is this song is a type of Hip-Hop symphony. Sort of had a different feel this time. Listen with the thought in mind. Peace.
I remembered Soul Sonic Force growing up, but a couple of years back when the Kings of Comedy came out, Cedric used a sample of this song in his pop lock bit. When I heard it , I had to find it. It's still on my old skool favorites on my IPOD.
Man, You're awesome!!! Love your collection of great sounds. I had a collection like yours once then my brother and sister got hooked on drugs and there went my collection.
this song was in the movie beat street,.. very good song,..these songs never die out,..old school is coming back,.. africa bambaataa bad ass , a true legend, technics turn tables the best , to mix and scratch,..
Anyone who was around at this time this monster came out will remember that like in the 50's with the doo wop groups on the corners, well in the early 80's there were so many of us with pledge and laminate squares to back spin on, and poppin was huge. This song broke the barrier and raised the bar for the next break tune to beat it
