Nobody can resist that sweet loot. It's just one of the most common things in videogames. Now excuse me while I check every burial urn in this dungeon. Even though some of them say: "empty".

The costumes from the Witcher one at the start are actually insanely well done. Damn.

I never noticed this: 08:42 among the box with the skull of Raúl, was garlic... lots of garlic. Greg is not just a garlic farmer, he's the leader of bandits, which makes sense due to his low income. Yet, while Hamish the fruit vendor sleeps in a tent at the edge of town, Greg owns a nice hut, in the middle of a well travelled road nearby a blacksmith of all things.... He's also within viewing range of where the muggers are constantly seen mugging. Among Greg's loot, hidden between cloves of garlic, his most prized possession, the skull of Raúl.

"No loot left behind", that's my motto

She did tell him to take whatever. Guess this is a good reminder to set payment upfront when hiring someone 🤣

Adam is too precious for this world, even when he has loot lust. The beautiful music and the wonder on his face as he searches the death crate is amazing

I started a Baldur's Gate 3 run with a buddy who has to loot everything. And I mean everything. Every single crate, barrel, box, bag, pouch. Everything. And then they take the crates and the barrels and the pouches and stuff them all into their inventory. And they fill their followers' inventory. Then they stuff it all in camp. It took over two hours just to get him off the starter beach. Our first interaction with a trader took literally an hour.

"Come 'ere ya little shit" from Crystal lizard gives me life.

There's also the RDR2 skit where "Arthur" was looting while his two other friends were fighting off the O'Driscolls. Loved that one.

The only loot worth lusting for is… ALL OF IT!!!! ITS WORTH IT!!!!

While I love this compilation, I ALWAYS feel super bad for the older woman in the first Witcher skit, especially when Geralt starts taking her ring and bracelets off and she looks at Dandelion/Jaskier like “What’s happening? 😢” That actress did her job extremely well, I instantly want to help her even though I know it’s not real and that Geralt would destroy me if I got in his way. 😅

God when she asked what's happening in the first video I actually felt super sad ... It reminded me of my own grandmothers

Imagine in a real SHTF situation, just how easy it's gonna be to lure people to their doom simply by leaving a beautifully adorned chest out in the open in a kill zone.

I swear I caught several VLDL references and easter eggs in the city in act 3 of Baldur's Game - a man walking past saying it's a nice day for fishing, a fella the spitting image of Hamish in a town square .. and BG3 is DEFINITELY a part of the "Gotta loot everything" club.

I just realized the Witcher is just Pinnochio with more monsters. Dandelion is Jiminy Cricket acting as Geralt's conscience, Vesemir is Gepeto, only wanting the best for his (non blood and who he created) son. Geralt is ,of course, Pinnochio, who yearns to have some sense of normalcy or to be real. Cool!

Video starting at 8:45 -- This is one example of many that begs the same question: Why does anyone still try to play on the same team as Rowan anyway? The ending of the last video. Adam's appearance was a total surprise & I think I laughed loud enough that the neighbors have called the cops.

Each VLDL entry in the world of the Witcher is 100x more enjoyable than Netflix's 'interpretation'. I unironically would watch a full-length series with these characters.

Still, my favorite one is the Read Read Logic loot skit.

The witcher logic series is what introduced me to VLDL. Been a loyal subscriber, ever since. Watched all of the Epic NPC man videos, Bored, and all video game logic videos. Magpie sounds in Witcher would be awesome, actually! Such a fantasy component for a Europe-based setting - I am sure not many people can even recognise it as a bird sound, having never heard it before!

There just needs to be an entire series where rowan gets all the karma that is owed him for how he treats everyone in every series
