I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $21k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic.

Justin It’s good that you spoke so highly about Kandi. I always hear bloggers talking negatively about her. I really respect her business moves. She really was the smartest of the bunch. Kandi was able to build her brand and keep a low profile. Maybe it was the alliance with Kenya that turned viewers off. I am definitely looking forward to her new projects.
From what I gathered from Carlos King who I believe to be a credible source, Kandi WAS asked back but most likely as a friend of in a limited capacity and with less money obviously. So technically she was asked back, but I doubt she would of been full time making the pay she’s used to making so I’m sure that played a BIG part in her leaving on her own. It was either leave before you’re fired or stay on as a friend of and be fizzled out with your story wrapping up in a handful of episodes. I think it was a scheme that her and the network set up they knew they weren't bringing her back and that could be embarrassing for her and since she always had a good relationship with the network they allowed her to quit publicly before they made any formal announcements
Thanks for sharing your personal experience with Kandi. Her departure makes me sad too. And I think trying to bring OGs back is just going to lead to more disappointment. It maybe time for a complete reboot or cancellation.
Kandi revealed to Jason Lee that there was one thing that they couldn’t agree on with her contract. I have to question if she would have returned if they could have reached an agreement on that “one thing.” Either way, she had a great run, and I wish her well in her future endeavors.

Kandi was too business 👩💼 for RHOA. She was just too private about certain things that could’ve been interesting. She controlled too much so they had to create stupid petty drama to counteract that, that she then had the defend on her show “Speak on it” Kandi was just too controlling for reality TV. She didn’t let her life just be told. She had to control what we would see. I just don’t think she was unapologetically herself and it gave inauthentic. She never really works through her drama, she just acts like it’s not there and flex’s money and success. Money isn’t everything. Especially for people watching who don’t have it like that. Kandi became non relatable. She was just very prideful. Especially as Todd as apart of production. It was spun too much in her favor which became unfair. 🤷🏾♀️

While we all love Kandi, let's be honest; she has not contributed a major or minor storyline of any interest or value to the show in multiple seasons. So, best of luck to her, and we are also looking forward to witnessing all the blessings manifesting in her life.
FACTS 💯 She said they couldn’t come to and agreement with her contract. So basically she didn’t like what they offered her. Or they were bringing Phaedra back and she didn’t want to have to engage with her. So she left.
She was offered a contract but not a very good one. They did the same thing to Nene and Cynthia when it was time to go. Offer them crappy contract in hopes they turn it down. Even if they don't turn it down they get them for a few episodes at a huge discount rate; which is a win-win for the network.
This is a good thing. It's best to leave on a high note. It was honestly time for Kandi to go. There was nothing interesting left for her to reveal about herself. It's time to bring in some new blood if we want RHOA to be worth watching again.

The show stopped being good when it became just a "job" and a "check" to the women it was not about making good tv anymore it became just showing up to work.

I've been saying the whole point of the Network rebooting the show is to save money given ratings aren't that great. So, the logical thing would be for them to get rid of Kandi and Kenya. 2 of the highest paid. Kandi is busy and we know she'll be back at some point. She'll be fine. 14 seasons wow.
Most of her businesses are connected to the show and only succeed because of the shows backing yes she gets no scrubs checks but those aren't enough to fund her lifestyle pay for her families lifestyle and support the workforce she employs and nbc gets a cut out of all the businesses she released on the show so bedroom Kandi, the restaurants and the movie

Kandi took her opportunity on RHOA and branched out, and created other opportunities for herself. Rather or not it was kandi's decision to exit the show it doesn't matter..I'm proud of this incredible black woman...she's a true testament to black excellence...She's humble and true to who she is at all times...the most annoying thing about her is how she refuses at times to go lower with her shade...She was enjoyed and she will be missed...I'm wishing her success in her upcoming endeavors but honestly I enjoy seeing her as her so hopefully those endeavors include a reality show of some sort...instead of putting my Taurus sister down I wish her well and pray for her continued success. We need more black women like you! ❤❤❤
