how about the look in that brown eye for like 1/3 of the video? Move over Sauron, there's new evil eye in Lord of the Rings and it's OwlKitty's brown winker.
Obviously you’ve never fed a kitty, that’s their look anytime food is involved, at least that’s how MY furry overlords look when I grab a can of wet food.
I couldn't stop laughing at Gandalf being all dramatic about not letting the cat past him and then it just casually walks by and he just looks at it on disbelief.

You two do NOT fail to deliver the laughs. The random cans of cat food popping into the scene make these even better. Can you imaging Frodo and Samwise running around with cat food in their packs instead of Lembas bread? LOL! Hey, thanks for introducing OwlKitty to the world. He brings smiles to all our faces!
If a cat that huge looks at me and start purring, i will be terrified out of my mind. Because i look at one of two futures: Either the cat wants to cuddle and i will be smothered by the biggest floof that has ever floofed Or it want pets and belly rubs. And if the time spent petting is proportional to its size i will spe t the next 50 years petting that huge floof
Well, that's every cat owner on the planet. I say 'owner' as if that were true.... How about: Well! That's every cat survivor on the planet!? Yes... more like it.
OwlKitty is such a great actor. His range is amazing. I really feel he could be hired by any director for any project and deliver an Oscar-worthy performance. Literally ANY project.
0:23 is like the best! "YOU. SHALL NOT. PASS!!!" "(adorable kitty noise)" walks right past while Shire music is playing. Owlkitty is too adorable for words!!
My mother in law just whacked the cat with a broom. That kept the cat away from the table, from the house and from the porch. Catching mice, that's what she is here for.

@Naught Guile , Incorrect. Panthers are an alternate name for Cougars (such as a subspecies, the Florida Panther), and Black Panther is an umbrella term specifically for black (melanistic) examples of big cats in the Panthera genus, usually consisting of black leopards and black jaguars. If you only said "Panther", you'd either be talking about the entire normal Panther genus, or a Cougar variant (and no example of the latter being black have ever been credibly recorded).
Love the cat's little trilling mews. Boromir, "One does not simply walk into Mordor." Owlkitty, "Hold my catnip." as she strolls confidently to the gates of Mordor. What makes it complete is playing the shire theme music in the background
Gandalf: You shall not pass! OwlKitty *meow* walks on by. Gandalf: ok wtf just happened? and also the forest scene, the kitteh when it senses the tuna. lol
Tolkien himself was probably a dog person. In The Silmarillion, for instance, there is Huan - a heroic, giant (size of a small horse; large enough for Lúthien to ride) talking dog called Huan. Cats are shown in a rather different light - for instance Queen Berúthiel and her cats. She was The very unpopular queen consort to King Tarannon of Gondor, a couple thousand years before events in Lord of the Rings, and had ten cats - nine black cats that spied on the people of Gondor, and a white cat that spied on and tormented the nine black cats. And then, from the early versions of Tolkien's writings about the First Age, there is Tevildo, "The Prince of Cats", who was a servant of Morgoth - a giant black cat with red eyes, ruling over a whole court of giant cats. As Tolkien's writings developed, Tevildo changed also, eventually turning into Sauron.
I can relate. In fact my Ramona (gone 12 years now, but still missed) looked exactly like Shorty. And sounded like her. I think it’s part of the reason I like these videos. That, and the fact that they’re really well done and funny!
Owlkitty simply walks into Mordor, and after a moment the door begins to close... then Owlkitty simply walks out of Mordor, and after a moment the door begins to close... then Owlkitty simply walks into Mordor, and after a moment the door begins to close... then Owlkitty simply walks out of Mordor, and after a moment the door begins to close... then- Eye of Sauron: GODDAMMIT CAT, IT'S THREE IN THE GODDAMN MORNING, MAKE UP YOUR MIND!!! Owlkitty simply walks into Mordor, and proceeds to casually use the Armchair of Sauron as a scratching post.
@@HealthyandLovingLife Haha.. It's not just my cats that do this then? One of mine, when she _does_ decide to go through the doorway without stopping and sitting down, just walks as slow as possible just when she's almost out the door, and practically leaves one leg just inside for about 3-4 seconds. I swear she does it just to annoy me.. They also play a game where one of them jumps up and my lap and goes to sleep, and then immediately the other one starts meowing to go outside. I don't know if they're trying to annoy me, or to piss each other off. Maybe both; that would be a pure cat move.
Dear Owlkitty, I have a male black cat named “Midnight”, who looks JUST like you, and is now rapidly growing into your biggest fan. I play your videos to him on my iPad Pro 12.9” screen and he just LOVES to watch you “act” on the screen. When you say “Mrrrp”, he will usually respond with the very same “Mrrrp” right back! I’m not sure if he thinks he’s watching himself or realizes that you two are separate cats. But it’s so funny to watch him react to you!! You’re definitely his favorite RU-vid channel. Thank you for being his idol/hero!
Seeing Owlkitty just walk over Gandalf and his expression just screamed "that darn cat!" This had me thinking about the Hobbit and I could see giant kitty batting at Smaug as he flew over Laketown.
@@raven4k998 Are you talking about Gandalf? He's always been a old man. He's been an old man for over 2 thousand years. The Istar (wziards) came to Middle Earth in the year T.A. 1000 and took the forms of old men. And sailed west in T.A.3021 But he existed for far longer than that. He existed as a Maia (singular of Maia) he wasn't known as Gandalf, but Olórin, and came to be before the world was created.
@@HellVops Give the time that Tolkien wrote the series and the stereotypes of that age, I think they took form of old men because of the "old wise men" stereotype. The Ishtar was sent to Middle Earth to help prepare the peoples (all the good races) to fight against the return of Sauron. So they needed to take a form the various races would look up to and listen to. While the Elves would know and trust the Ishtar for being sent by the Valar (very few actually knew they were Maiar, Elrond was one) but other races would be more willing to listen to aged beings whose image suggests they have experience, "they know what they are talking about".
