BTW fantasy films have catch the eyes of the people around the world and this film is fantasy. So you can't compare these two, Oh btw this film from the books the books are one of the best in all of history. If you are uncultured by this knowledge
@@trinktmalnent7744 A version of Lux Aeterna was slightly re-written for the Movie. And the movie versions name Is the movie title. Requiem For a Dream. But it was the first movie to feature the song.
skotiskiller I beg to differ. The music that it stole from another movie, Requiem for a Dream, is A lot better than Lotr. It may be more depressing, but it’s got a better story in general. Just saying
@@donutsforlife8798 it's more realistic sure and it's a great movie. But there Is a LOT more to LOTR than Requiem. LOTR defined an entire genre (with the books at least), requiem didn't.
@@donutsforlife8798. For one, the movies didn't steal the music. It was re-orchestrated for advertisement of the second movie, which popularised the song. It was never used in the lotr films. Secondly, Lord of the Rings is a completely different genre to Requiem, so they aren't really comparable. Lord of the Rings is the more iconic of the 2 though, and is one of the best stories ever written.
That last scene where the boat containing all of our favorite characters is on the horizon as they sail off to Valinor and the music stopped just killed me... :'(
love this movie. everything about it. the storyline, the characters, the graphics, this movie is a kind that just takes you away from this world and makes you feel like your in the movie with them it is that good. could watchi t all day and night.
We got to give some credit to Sauron and Mordor for being such an incredible and powerful foe to actually force all the middle earth to forget their differences between races, and ally against them, along with the nature (neutral to all the races) joining them in the fight (vs Isengard and the battle of Minas Tirith). Not forgeting that they also were forced to use the army of death. And did it twice!!!
Kind of like the world coming together to defeat the Nazis during WW2. And it took the combined might of the British Empire, the Soviet Union and America to do it.
