Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

No, because they can be very deceptive. This one looked like it was all about the big burger. Which was a bit of challenge, but nothing Beard couldn't handle. But the realty was that they were going to give him an insane amount of French fries to eat on top of that. And that turned out to be the worst part instead. It's also kind of hard to judge exactly how much food we are talking about from a picture. Even looking at it through the camera during his video. It's not until he starts eating that you get a clear idea of what he's up against.

He said 'a Kilo of chips for him' - that contains the qualifier 'for him' which means it is not a kilo of chips normally (my guess is it'd be half that). Still, if you're a pro, just gotta show people why. And if you're a viwer in cash-strapped times, picking your eateries, take note of the dishonourable ones - one could be forgiven for betting others will be paying for those extra chips with short portions!
