love this actor loren avedon a martial arts legend, talking about this martial arts career huge fan of this guy. great fighter and a black belt in tae kwon do. it is a great watch. he is a great fighter. loads of issues here about martial arts and about the hong kong film making. it is intresting to watch to. and good live demonstrations here too from a stunt team.

Great action film star in his day, would be great if action adventure movies had a market like in the 90's but with the birth of mma becoming mainstream, simulated action just cant compete with the real experience. truly he was part of a magical period of cinematic martial arts movies and will be remembered for his contribution.
