Thanks to Lorene for the caution about Benzos, those drugs Dr Boz describes as “alcohol in a pill.” So helpful to have an interview with someone 50+…! 🙏 😘 👏

I have just stumbled across your videos, the first one being the comparison between ACT and CBTi. So thankful for the info you provided as I know the CBTi would have been too stressful for me! The only problem I'm having is when I wake up. It's pretty hard to go back to sleep. Sometimes I can and sometimes I can't and I tell myself. Well, whatever is gonna happens gonna happen. Sometimes it works and sometimes it don't? but it's better than what I used to be like before I just wish I could sleep all the way through...

I'm someone that has faith but I'm getting thoughts of suicide. I was a sound sleeper but as of 5 weeks I've developed extreme insomnia. Only two things that changed. I took a vitamin b complex and had a breakdown. I'm not sure what has changed. It takes me 4-5hrs to fall asleep and when I do, I am sleeping in 10-15 minute windows. It's been 5 whole weeks like this. Am I ever going to get better? I'm afraid to death. I have a wife and 2 small daughters. My entire ability to be a father and husband is gone.

I don't know if this is your case, but if you are withdrawing from psychiatric drugs and taking synthetic vitamins, your anxiety levels will go into the stratosphere. But no doctor will tell you that.

Don’t take high potency B 12, especially later in the day. It can be too energizing & make you feel speedy
