@@Stellaluna88 you could hear the manipulation and insincerity in her voice when she said Colby was her best friend all those years. When you look back at reports when this was all happening Lori had zero interest or concern about Colby when he started calling her in regards to where the kids were. Now all of a sudden he’s her best friend? Her total lack of regard towards others is profound. I remember when she had her brother kill Charles and she took the kids to fast food breakfast. So nonchalant and completely unaffected. Just another regular day of murder and mayhem in her spidery little world.

He’s incredibly brave. People know that SHE is the problem, he is not. He, amazingly survived being raised by her and is an amazing young man. Just as Tylee was a loving young woman and JJ was happy and sweet. All three seemed amazing.

With a sister and mother like that, you can see how she’s been surrounded by enablers her whole life. Lori is completely fabricating the delusion so she can be seen as some kind of religious martyr, but I don’t think she truly believes any of it - she just likes that it makes her feel literally holier than thou and able to control the narrative. There's only one thing that that would make her admit what she did. My father was like Lori and Diane except he wasn't physically violent. I wasn't a narcissist or a bully but I knew I was capable of being violent, I was a natural fighter. The day I manhandled my father I was 17, he was doing a number on my mom when I grabbed him, he tried to fight but I manhandled him whilst telling him all the things he is and does and how people really think about him. I stuffed his nose in all the b.s. he'd done to others while mounted on him controlling how much air I'm allowing him this instant, I wanted him to know that the end was here, I wanted him to beg, when I saw the fear leave him and he went limp I knew he accepted his fate and I released him. My mother was mortified, , she helped him up and we stayed up all night with the whole family and convinced him to see a therapist. Long story short, he now knows he's sick and a narcissist, he's admitted all he's done, but he still acts up and whoever's around him tells him to "relax," that's when he knows he's being an asshole and calms down. This was 30 years ago, nobody let's him get away with anything, That's part of it, keeping him aware of what he is, he's even finally accepted that he has a mental illness, that took 20+ years in itself. All in all, a good beating should never be under estimated. I know I could beat the truth out of Lori because she doesn't want to be unalived.
