🧍🏻‍♀️ My height is 164cm
I went on a diet reducing the amount of food I ate from 70kg to 55kg
After that, I lost 5kg more through interval running and lost weight to 49~50kg
But I was hospitalized because I was sick and weighed 46 kg.
I've recovered from my illness, but I've eaten less
I weighed 41kg. However, I decided to gain weight due to physiological phenomena and various side effects. Currently, I am maintaining 44kg after successfully increasing the weight by 3kg.
I'm keeping the amount of food I eat, and I think it's the best diet for me, so I'm going to continue for the rest of my life
