@Zoey-jc1qd I'm not an expert, but you can do anything with determination! Your first week is the hardest trying to adjust. Just a tip: I can't eat many processed foods now. My one meal a day consists of plain grilled chicken, broccoli, and long grain rice. Just watch your calorie intake. I walk/jog 5-8 miles everyday as well.
@@danaa.1093 I'm curious, are you walking that everyday? Or missing days in-between? I do agree that diet is also necessary. I drink coke zero instead of the 2 sugar drinks i averaged in one day. Do atleast 8k a day (a little bit more than 10k a day) Every third day is like you walking a marathon. You will average 2.3 marathons a week. When I binge eating for a few days, I gain weight too. But it comes down because of the consistent hammering of the daily walking.
Thanks for your reply. I walk 10K every day and never miss. I have an active dog that goes crazy if we forget. I have a few days a week when I walk 14k steps. I eat what i want ( which is what you said in your comment) and I don't lose a pound. So I guess what I am saying is you can't ignore diet and think walking will solve our weight problems@@GlobexCorporationHank
Very nice. I haven't tried this yet, because I went with harsher diet and got from 244 to 180. I want to lose another 20 pounds, hopefully this will do the trick.
It's not complicated. Just be at a caloric deficit. Eat less than 2,000 calories a day and workout. 3500 calories is a pound a fat. If you eat 1800 calories a day and work out atleast 2 days a week. It's simple
@@KAR_musica not true. You're probably not counting your calories correctly. It's basic math. Eat less than 2,000 calories a day and workout a few times a week. You will lose weight 100 percent. If you build muscle it's even easier to lose fat.
Good thing I'm still 60 lbs over still. Took 8mnths to lose 37. I need this in 90 days. Since it's 6 weeks and I have double that time. I'm on my stationary bike now. 6 days 30 min 6 miles.
lol your video shows people doing cardio to lose weight. Not the best choice. Every minute you spend resistance training over cardio your fat loss goes up. Cardio is not the way to a lean muscular body!
At least 10 years ago I followed one of his books and lost 32lbs in 2 months. It was super restrictive and I barely maintained but it did work. Once I moved into the less restrictive phase.. I over indulged and it was a wrap lol Every pound found its way home. Will check this new one out.
ask the Doc what triggers the metabolic system to either increase or decrease. Besides introducing chemistry like PCP, coke and or the other drugs that speed it up and or slow it down. Ie there is something in our/ your environment that does this naturally threw the seasons. My guess its not common knowledge in the education system.
Omg 😂but y is there pizza. Just do cardio at home or at the gym for 6X a week 30mins tops and eat less portion control is important maybe have a cheat day once a week. ❤
