Great work! 62 yr old male here. After spending the last 20 yrs in an office I am trying to get my fitness level up and lose a few pounds. These videos have been extremely helpful. I had to wade through a bunch but stopped when I found these. Subscribed and thank you.

My co ordination is terrible, tried exercise #2, and ended up punching myself on the chin.🥴🥴

That sounds like it must have been pretty painful! I'm sorry to hear that you had such an unfortunate experience. Maybe it would help to try a different exercise, or to focus on a different coordination-building exercise that doesn't involve punching yourself in the chin. Good luck!
