Subah thora yoga wagerah kar leta hoon… Khana subah leta hoon toh bhukh lagne par hi dopahar ka bhojan leta hoon Aise nahin ki bhukh nahin hai phir bhi khaa loo… Pahle aadat tha kuchh na kuchh khane ki bhukh laga ho ya na laga ho… Bhojan lene ka antral aisa hona chahiye ki bhukh lage phir bhojan le Aur haan bhai koi jyada chinta mat karna ….chinta/tension se wajan toh kam hoga lekin kamjori aur bar jayega Main 35 ka hoon aur yeh heart ❤️ ka bimari ke baareh mein sochkar bahut tension hua… Kaphi sara restrictions lag chuka hai surgery ke bad….Bas dhyan rakhna apne swasthya ka… Aur haan mein pure vegetarian 🌱 hoon tel ka tala hua khata tha lekin ghar par hi…. Wah sir paise ke terms me calories samha diya aapne Indian janta ko samjhane ka best tarika hai ye. Jo naahi samjhe unke liye 20 rs khana matlab minimum calories but purchase price jyada ho sakta hai and 100 rs khana matlab purchase price kaam hai calories jyada hai aur jam ke bimari milega to long term cost bohot jyada hai, kuch gawar negative comment kar rahe the isliye itna explain karna pada.
