Kettlebells didn't mess your knee up, dude. You using them without knowing what you're doing did. That's why I have film tutorial videos in conjunction with my train-along videos. Thanks for your concern though. Very thoughtful...
Bought this for my youngest to develop basic form for single hand kettlebell work. ru-vid.comUgkxtaDAl93XF8wxJhssTtjIFjzid82wglva It has a nice grip on it, just a little rough so it isn't slippery. I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.
Wanted to drop you a big thank you. Started Kettlebelle workouts 2 weeks ago and haven't felt this great in years. Got real tired of the gym scene. Finally found a workout I can do at home and can do for the rest of my life. Thank you..
You're very welcome! Stay tuned for more kettlebell routines you can do to keep things fresh. I add them into my performance conditioning work quite often.
I like this routine! Just got back into working out in May and I have lost 44 lbs. Been throwing some kettlebell work in along the way, so this is a new routine I can do to keep things fresh.
I’m a truck driver also, I bring my kB and heavybag , jump rope and Walmart pull up bar ,and running shoes. Use your phone and get free training apps . Glad there are other truck drivers out there Doug there best! TA and truck associations also have workout rooms and members who are on run clubs for truck drivers. Keep it up bro!
I am a combat veteran of two wars, been out for a while and needed something to get me a little more lean. I have one kettle bell, I just did this and loved it! I will be doing it more and more with more intensity. Thank you for the instruction on this thing and the motivation. Keep rocking.
Thank you so much for posting this and many other quick and effective workouts. As a busy dad, sometimes 15 or 20 mins is all I got. Much love and respect.
Dahe Sukur Not sure what you mean fam. Diet is 95% of what will get you to your goal. If you have to ask for proof that sprinting, burpees, and kettle bells work then you either performed them half ass or your diet was shit. My guess is both.
Dude i been just started doing kb training a month ago and i use your videos because they are to the point and watching you perdorm the routines helps. Thank you
This is one of my favorite workouts when traveling. I bring my kettlebell with me and I can get a quick workout in when needed. I definitely would like to see different kettlebell variations similar to this so I can change my routine from time to time. Thanks. Great video.
Just got back on the road myself after losing 40lbs during Quarantine. Made it a point to throw some kettlebells in the trailer before we left out. Excited to get after it and get even more progress!
Tried the workout and god damn was it good. I took a 45 second to a minute break in between sets. I rewatched the video and saw that I can take up to 2 minutes rest between sets. I think I’ll enjoy it a bit more now with the rest
My thoughts are that a focus on consistently eating and training specific to the goal of fat-loss will result in fat-loss. This workout will help you achieve that but so will others. The real trick is consistently doing what needs to be done day in and day out.
I've finally got my diet in check. Could I do this with a moderate weight multiple times per week? I've yoyo'd so many times and after a lot of mental work after gaining 30kg. I'm 125kg now and am finally making progress. I definitely prefer simple and I've got a 12kg and 16kg kettle bell coming in the mail. I'll definitely do more diverse stuff as things progress.
I'm by no means ripped, but I've got the kettlebell to thank for my solid shoulder, neck and grip strength. Very, very versatile instrument. I like lifting outside barefooted, as long as it isn't freezing, then sauna! :D
Hey man, I stumbled across this channel for kettle bell workouts for home. I saw this workout and tried it today but I added 1 more thing. It was level 10 on a exercise bike for 1 min. And about 1 min rest between circuits. The first set I was like, pffft this is easy, il increase it from 5 reps to 10. Half way through my 2nd set I was FUCKED ! I really enjoyed this workout and il be recommending it to my fellow gym friends. You sir are great 😁❤️
At age 64 the kettlebell and rowing are my go to tools for training. I'm going to incorporate this routine into my training. I'll start with three rounds and work up to five.💪👍
Hey I'm in my late 50 I enjoy your kettlebells training method, how often should I be doing this type of work out ?3,4, days a week.and how often should I can it?
Absolutely love your Brickshit house vids and fat loss training. In the process of becoming a Firefighter and want to be a beast thats lean and has better recovery times. Your tips have helped big time and I thank you dude!
Dude... just did this workout, and this is one of the best workouts I've gotten in a while. Love your content bro can't wait to explore the channel more
Thanks so much for posting your video. I thought all my rowing and doing the Viking Warrior sets (36:36 and lactic acid sets) would provide me an advantage, but I was WRONG! This is a great HIIT workout that I use more for endurance (I’m 61 so my focus is a little different, although muscle retention is essential and why I still do some crazy shit). My only change is to ladder my weights (35, 45, 55, 45, 35) to hopefully build to 50, 60, 70, 60, 50. Frankly I can’t do 70 right now and retain form (I weigh 157) and hence my experiment. Best to all.
My 35 lb kettlebell just showed up. I did this workout, and it whipped my butt. I know 35 lbs isn’t much, but give me some time to adjust. Great content!
A basic bell workout, nothing new. Told to you by some tool talking with his head back, and hat on backwards. Plus he throws in some Jersey Shore lingo, just to let you know he is hip.
great vid, btw can I do this 4x a week with a pyramid set? my goal is fat loss and boost stamina. currently, im doing swings 3 variation + goblet squat/press as much rep I can in 30mins. i want to change it a bit.
Only did this with a 15lb kettle bell and damn im breathing hard. Never realized how much my stamina was shot . Definitely will be watching more videos ...once I catch my breath lol
Ciao, please be kind and find some time to go through all of the comments and answer questions some people have.... It would be so appreciated. -Leeeza
Iv done oly style weightlifting since I was a kid I just want to make sure I keep my heart and lungs fit and healthy. You think it's a good idea to throw this in
@@CoachMANdler Coach i made following additions 30 sec Jumping jacks 5 Sets of below excercise with 1 min break in between : 30 sec wall squat 30 sec plan 4 Kettlebell exercises shown in this video ( 5 reps)
It's a good one indeed! Make sure you change up the weights and/or rep ranges to assure that you're constantly giving yourself a NEW demand to adapt to...
When you suggest 5 sets should one do one set of all exercises and then repeat 4 times or 5 sets consecutive of the same exercise and move to the next exercise?
I’m 58 years old. I’m a weekend tennis warrior. I pretty much work six days a week, not much time for the gym. I’m sure this has already been asked and answered, but would this be a sufficient enough work out in and of itself for me to get in sufficient shape, at my age and as I age, if I did this a couple days a week? PS what do you mean by volume? e.g. increasing days per week, reps, sets or weight of the kettle bell? Maybe all the above :-) thank you!
Absolutely it would suffice! As for what I mean by "volume", it means the total amount of reps/work from start to finish that you do during your workout...
Jim from The Office’s big brother??? Legit workout but I slacked on getting a 32kg KB before nobody would source from China. Still a smoker with 45lbs tho. 😅
This was one hell of a workout! Thanks for it, I recently got back in the gym. I needed something like This! please add more of cutting and adding some muscle mass. Thanks!
I can't wait start this. I'm trying to get back to working out. I worked out for the first in 2yrs and it felt great. Gotta get this Pandemic weight off!!! LOL

Dear Chandler! Great workout! Maybe you can answer one question for me: In the video you say "5 sets." Does that mean I do all 4 exercises in a row, then rest 2-3 minutes, then do the whole workout again until set 5? Or do I have to do one exercise 5 times in a row, then rest 2-3 minutes, then do the next exercise until I've done all 4? Thanks!!
HOLY SHIT (long comment ahead) I have never done weights before Tbh I'm fearly overweight and out of shape this is my first time trying the kettle bell I certainly make the mistake of going for a heavier kettle that I was supposed to, botton line I'm still learning the basics just did 3 half assed rounds of this set and I feel like dti G but I think is a good think, imma go all or nothing in 2020. Thanks for the video.
At 65, I can only manage two of these routines a week in conjunction with the three days of road cycling I do. But it sure beats the alternative of sitting on my ass, watching 'I Love Lucy' reruns, and stroking out like half of the dudes I grew up with.
I highly recommend checking out Mark Wildman for nerd math and how to perform kettlebell techniques for safe movements while coming here for kickass workouts. Watching him bang the kettlebell against his wrist scares me. Lol!
This just kicked my ass. Heartsmith past year working vampire shift a gas station and haven't really been able to find the right time during my off time to go workout. Working overnights I don't have a lot of business so I have about three or four hours of downtime. I just did this workout with a 25-pound kettlebell and it kicked my ass. Going to do it three or four times at the very least throughout the night.
Meat heads of the world unite. The kettlebell is your friend , the couch your enemy. Quartermaster Chandler will lead you to personal victory and you will have the added benefits of looking bitchin and confidence in all circumstances.👍💪
@@bumblebee5246 I can do one arm pushups but only about 40 regular pushups...nothing spectacular. But you can start doing single arm with a really wide base, which is still much harder than regular pushups. Then progress by moving the base narrower until you get to one arm one leg.
every time someone does this generally they stop at failure. It s everything, cardio, resistance to force, core endurance. If you can add a variation that may look like bad technique, snatching close to the floor with deep swings, it works all, also most of the time you can t complete your marks and stops by failure.
How many times a day would someone recommend to do this workout, I start a new job in about 2 weeks and look like a fat lump at the minute any tips or recommendations much appreciated
Hey! Could his be used as my main workout 3 days a week? 44 yrs old just got back into things lost 70 pounds just diet alone now wanna add weight training? Thanks in advance
