I’m doing a juice cleanse currently. I’m on day 2. My trainer said we can have fruit as a snack as needed. Down 2.2 lbs as of this morning

I really liked how real this video was. I have a bad habit of jumping into something with both feet and then getting overwhelmed and giving up. I think I'm going to just dip my toes in and start with eating one healthy meal a day and then do 3-4 juices. See how that goes.

Thanks for the REAL video lol. I'm on day 1 basically (yesterday I had juice but with food to ease in). The way your food options were still healthy gives me hope because I'm legit doing this cleanse so I can eat clean after and stop eating fast food/fried garbage. ❤

When I do juice cleanses(or fasting), I make sure my days are slower and I don’t really workout heavy besides walking because then you’re burning so much energy you will struggle lol! The company I get them from recommends smoothie detox (spartan detox) if you’re not used to a juice cleanse for anyone watching late like me.

Love your energy and I can totally relate to your experience my first go round..yes, I'm on my second attempt 😳. The first time I made it 2 1/2 days with nothing but liquids and I couldn't function 😆...I was hangry, tired, irritated and just wanted something to eat (I actually began craving beef, yeah it was bad 🤦🏾‍♀️) After I realized this was pure unnecessary torture I gave up lol. Now, this time around, I'm doing 23hrs of liquids with one small proportioned sized meal for the first 3-5 days BEFORE I jump into my full liquid 3 day cleanse. Trying to ease into it without shocking my body entirely. I have a career, kids and a household to maintain I need to be able to fully function 😁. Thank you for sharing your experience. You'll definitely reach your goal the next time. 💜

I’ve done the juice for 30 days but I made my own at home and it was sooooo hard I mean torture and I only lost 12 pounds. I feel like it’s not worth it to do it that long but I’m going to do the 7 days. For anyone else who’s going to try this, just be strong….the first few days are hard but your body will get used to it and it will get better. Mind you I cook for my family every day and it’s sooo hard when you can’t eat it. I take ritual vitamins and I know that at least I’m getting some good stuff in my body at least. Good luck.

Just picked up my 2 day pressed juicery cleanse so glad I didn’t go for that 3rd day on my first attempt with a cleanse after watching this.

Don't beat yourself up girl!!! You did pretty good. This is my first time trying juicing so I'm starting off with 2 juices and a salad in the middle the first two days and water. After that I'll do 3 days of juicing. I figured I'd cleanse with fiber first before I go all juice. Anywho, your video is still inspiring. Thank you for sharing girl, God Bless!!!

First, let me say you are funny as hell, and thanks for keeping it a buck 💯. Pressed juicery is my fav when I'm doing my juice cleanse, and I do that same exact one (cleanse 2). I'm actually on one right now day 2 of 4! I felt your pain cause that's how I felt the first time I ever did it, but I did make it through without no hiccups lol. For us foodies out there you've got to be mentally prepared to do a juice cleanse cause it's not for the weak. I do love your energy and definitely give it another try you got this boo. FYI juice 3 is my fav and I hate beets but I love me some ginger.

Girl when I tell you, Juicing is it even if they run out of vegetables we can juice grass or whatever is on the land and I have a very unhealthy relationship with food and I always will but that’s why I juice so I can have fun I’m nearly full anyways when I start eating bad food so I’m only taking nibbles

I just started a juice cleanse here in the U.K. and I’m enjoying it so far but it’s only day one. The plant milk tastes like ice cream so it definitely would have passed the cheesecake test! Felt bad for you lol.
