Zucchini and mozzarella parcels on a bed of zoodles
Ingredients for 2 people:
2 zucchinis
1 ball of mozzarella
100g flour
2 eggs
50 g grated Parmesan
50 g sesame seeds 3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
100 ml white wine
1 tbsp herb cream cheese
1 tbsp Instand broth
1 cup of cream
3 cocktail tomatoes
