Thanks for your tutorials it was descriptive and helpful. I’m learning wax curving techniques recently and will very helpful for me to what tools I needed to start with.😊
I’ll see if I can make an interesting video about that. I don’t use gemstones a lot and don’t have a ton of experience with opals, but did find some information in books that would like to try out.
Thank you Kornelia, you're a very sweet teacher. I've a question for you, I need to do alittle apple (an empty ball) with soft wax. How can I do? Thank you so much for your answer.
Hi there Komelia! I see you use an object to mould your rings on with soft wax. What is such a thing called? I am investing in mouldable wax and a few carving tools, but I need a finger and/or arm shape to make rings and bracelets! Thank you in advance!
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and process. I'm just beginning this journey and have begun to play with red wax. So much to learn! Your lovely videos have helped me be a bit braver and try :)
thank you so much !!!!!!!!!!!! it is so simple and clear ! i was so confused and you have just taught me many things in a small videos ! thank you so much :)
Thank you so much , I am interested to learn this technique , and I have found your video is very informative, and you seem like a kind person who deserves an subscription and million like , I have a question please , does the final product is extensible in meaning if we make a ring or a ear cuff would it be adjustable to finger or ear size?
Brilliant video! Found a number of great tips. I'm just about to start working with the soft wax & this has really inspired me. You made it look much less complicated than I expected. Thank you ❤️
I love you videos you go into great detail and have lots of fun tips! Adding my two cents again, its important to note that the different colors of wax are different brittleness of wax, which is beneficial based on what kind of detail you are adding
I studied jewelry design at the Royal Academy in Antwerp, Belgium. I learned a lot about design there, but technique-wise I learned most by just trying things out on my own and watching video’s/reading books/...
What if I wanted to make 10000 rings. Would this would mean filling the rubber mould with wax and waiting for each one to dry before filling the next one. This would take for ever?
When I fill a rubber with wax, I usually also have other designs that I want to do as well, so while waiting for the wax to dry (wich only takes a few minutes max.) I fill other moulds. But I don’t make 10000 rings of one design. I think there are probably other (industial) options for working on such a big scale.
