Biscoff Swiss Roll is heavenly exploding with Lotus biscoff flavours.just imaI think this is now clearly showing my obsession with Biscoff. Vanilla Swiss roll coated in biscoff infused white chocolate and inside creamy mousse filling. Topped with spread, whipped cream and crushed biscuits. And all you have to say now.. Ahh my Goodness!!!

Egg whites: 6 (from medium sizes eggs)
Vinegar or lemon juice: 1 tsp
Caster sugar or fine sugar: 120 g
Egg yolks: 6 (from medium size eggs)
Milk: 60 ml
Oil: 60 ml
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
Plain flour: 120 g
